About: I have always loved being around dogs! I had a pup in my family for about 5 years when I was younger. Other than him I enjoy my family and friend’s dogs. I love taking them out for potty breaks and walks. I have house/dog sat multiple times for my family members. Treats are my love language and I never mind cleaning up accidents! I currently work full time but I get done with my days around noon. My schedule can be flexible if I get noticed ahead of time. I also travel for work. It’s not often but I will give a good heads up! Dogs will always be on a lease with me, unless trusted in a dog park. I take child and others safety seriously when it comes to public interactions.

About: I have owned pets my entire life. I have had a wide range of different animals of different sizes. I have experience with reactive dogs and training them. I also help with my roommate who fosters dogs. I am a full-time law student, so school is my priority. I go to school in Minneapolis 5 days a week from 8 AM to 3 PM most days. After school, I typically reserve that time for studying, so I would love to be able to spend time with pets while I do that. I am comfortable with administering medications from my time working at Grand Avenue Veterinary Clinic. I typically work a week day that leaves me away from the house from the hours of 7am to 7pm. About: I’ve had all sorts of animals in my life and always have enjoyed the love and care an animal is able to give us! My dad and I had an amazing black lab, Willie, while I was growing up. When Willie got older, I helped with some of his senior care such as changing his diapers. My dad and I also had two guinea pigs while I was in high school, they were so fun and I loved how much personality they had. My mom was in the Southern area of the states for about a year, and ended up coming back to Minnesota with two cats and moved in with me! I partner with my mom for their every-day care (feeding, cleaning litter box, cutting nails) often. I have also cat-sat for my friend, whose kitty had just gotten several teeth removed - so she needed some oral medications while I was caring for her. This included pill and syringe medications. As for pets that are solely my own, I have a 5-year-old horse named Atlas that I purchased after graduating from college. He has been such an amazing learning experience and I appreciate our partnership so much. I also recently adopted a third cat for our home, Marvin, who is a tripod kitty. It’s been amazing seeing him getting more comfortable in our home. I currently work full-time, and have a bit of a varying schedule day-to-day but am often out of the house for 8+ hours a day. For this reason I’m unsure if house-sitting dogs would be a great fit for my weekday schedule unless they were close by to my work, where I could stop by during my lunch and give them a potty break. Otherwise could totally do weekends! My work schedule typically hasn’t been obstructive to cat care, unless the cat is fed in small portions more than twice a day. Then, I may need to stop in during my lunch break - or find another way to split their feedings appropriately. I strive to care for any pet just as their owner would. I do know some animals are wary of strangers and I will respect your pet’s boundaries - so if they seem shy or nervous about me, I will absolutely give them space. If an animal is social and excited, I am more than happy to give pets, cuddle, and play! Additionally, more than happy to clean up any litter boxes (cats) or outside excrement (dogs).

About: I’ve had pets my whole life. Currently, I have two dogs (Great Pyrenees and pitbull) and two cats. I have experience giving medication (pill and liquid format), as well as giving insulin, and even subcutaneous IV fluids. Because my dogs are so big, you bet I’ll be able to walk your dog(s) no matter their size! I love going to dog parks or just chilling on the couch for some cuddles. I also have experience with spicier critters who just need a little time and space. No matter how big or small, how old or young, I’ll take the best care of your babies. I work from home with a flexible schedule so popping over for play/potty breaks or house sitting for you during the work week is no problem. I’m available 5pm onwards and on weekends for sitting or more extensive care. I am flexible with my availability. I am very good at following any instructions you have for your fur baby when I come to your house. Anything you need me to do I’ll do it. The best possible feeling is knowing your animals are in good, safe hands when you’re not available to take care of them yourself and I promise to deliver.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats including watching multiple animals at once. I have a pet cat Alice who I’ve had for 3 years. I’m currently available anytime throughout the week and weekends except for Wednesday evenings after 5 pm and Sundays before noon. My availability is very flexible! About: I’ve been lucky enough to get to care for loads of different animals throughout my life; I rode horses as a kid, my mom and I kept dogs, birds, fish, guinea pigs, chinchillas and reptiles as beloved pets and now I get to parent two dog babies who are the loves of my life (Max, the 13 pound chihuahua mix and Sebby, a collie mix). When I was a student at the University of Iowa (sorry, Gophers!) I had an awesome gig occasionally house-sitting for a colleague with a chicken coop, 20 indoor/outdoor country cats and 2 dogs. It was the best! Seniors, babies, miniature, gigantic—all sizes, ages, and breeds and species are in my wheelhouse. Consider me a lover of all animals, period. In addition to general, overnight house-sitting, I would love to build some rapport and ongoing relationships with anyone looking for a regular or semi-regular dogwalker. My transportation is reliable, I love the outdoors, and I live in a very central part of Minneapolis. I actually left my unsatisfying regular day job to do what makes me happier, which massively includes spending more time with animals and being in nature. In my spare time, I’m working on building a small business around Minnesota native landscaping, pottery, and houseplants. I have an enormous collection of indoor houseplants, a floor-to-ceiling fig tree in my living room, and I keep vegetable and pollinator gardens.
