“Amanda, as always, was an AMAZING sitter for our cat, Zemo. She is incredibly thorough with her check in visits and gives such a fun summary that my wife and I look forward to every day we are out.”

About: I have 2 dogs and 3 cats of my own. One of my pups is a rambunctious puppy and the other is getting up into his senior years. My puppy is self taught and already knows over 10 tricks, he’s still young so hopefully we can squeeze a few more in. My senior pup I got later on in his life, I taught him a few tricks but he can get stubborn in his years😅 all of my cats are healthy, except for the oldest who only has 3 teeth(she was like this when I adopted her) and those 3 teeth are going strong! No matter how much I pushed wet food she always went for her sisters dry food that is left out. On of my cats in the past was a wobbly kitty so I also have experience with special needs. All of my pets were adopted from AHS! A little more about me: I am a full time paraprofessional at a level 4 year round autism school, my hours there are 8am-3:30pm. I recently transitioned to schools this past year and have loved it. Then I work Saturdays at a group home for disabled adults, my hours there are 8am-12pm one week and 8am-8pm the other. I’ve been with this company for almost 6 years and have played multiple roles from a DSP-Program manager. I can assure you I know how to handle things in tense situations! These hours still give me plenty of time to play with your fur babies, I know the one Saturday can get long but I will make sure they get a good walk and fed before leaving and returning home! (If the stay is in my home though, I have other people that can let them out for a quick potty breaks if you allow.) First thing I do is feed my cats and dogs when I get up, they don’t let me forget. I’m constantly cleaning up all their toys and clean their litterbox twice weekly. My dogs get a quick walk in the morning and we always finish the night with some training and a longer walk before bed. If I am in your home I will follow your guidelines that you give, whether that be potty breaks/ meal times/ exercise/ meds, whatever you need! In my home I will still follow your schedule but I have a chain for them to go outside quickly, a nice field next to my house(not completely fenced) that we can run around in or if you are okay with me taking them in my car there’s a few trails and a fenced park less than 2 miles from me!
About: Pets have been part of my family for my whole life. Current animals in my home include Timber (a 8-year-old English Cream Retriever) and Cedar (a 6-year-old tuxedo cat who is comfortable with cat-friendly dogs). My 1/4 acre lot features a large, fenced yard with plenty of room to run, and I am home almost all the time, so I can provide all the care and attention your pet needs. I look forward to meeting your furry family member! I work from home with a ton of flexibility. My schedule allows me the flexibility to give your pet all of the care they need. Your pet will receive constant care and attention with plenty of opportunity to play in my large, fenced yard. The interior of my family's home features plenty of space for your pet to relax comfortably, with room for crating if your pet needs. I have experience with pets who need medication (my own takes a twice daily medication) or special care. I would love to invite you to stop by for a meet-and-greet!
“We can’t thank Jill enough for stepping in and helping us last minute when another sitter bailed on us. The amount of love, attention, updates, and pictures she shared are above and beyond what we hoped for. Both animals took her in immediately and highly recommend everyone to book her:)”

“Gavin took great care of our dog, Luna, and my brother’s dog, Ike, over the holiday weekend. He was reliable, communicative, and kept us updated with photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for pups and would gladly book with Gavin again. Highly recommend! 🐾”

“Rachel did a great job taking care of our cat while we were out of town. We loved getting our daily Pickles update and she was a happy cat when we got home!”

About: Hi! My name is Allie and I've spent most of my life loving and caring for pets in multiple different environments over the years. I grew up with a bushel of miniature schnauzers, a few rodents and a snake. In college I took in a feral barn kitten and made her the talk of the university! After college, I spent 5-6 years working in a dog daycare facility which gave me experience with all different breeds and an immense amount of knowledge on behavior. After doggy daycare I moved on to working in a veterinary hospital which was an incredible resource and opportunity for me to increase me knowledge on medications as well as other medical knowledge. I would love to have the opportunity to spoil your pet as well as give you a safe space to leave your furry friend! Over the summer I am out of work and home with my pups and kids. In late August I will be headed back to work at a school nearby but working relatively short hours. We love to go on walks, to the dog park, the human park or just lounge in the back yard. I live in a 4 bedroom house with a large back yard. It is not fenced in but I do have a long line. I have a 12 year old pup who is a calm, unbothered queen and a year old pup who loves everyone and everything. In addition, I have 2 kiddos that are incredibly respectful of other pets space and will love your pets as much as their own however they can be crated if needed 😉
“Katelyn took great care of our cats while we were out of town for over a week. Great communication with me about the visits and very responsive. Will definitely be using her again for future cat sitting needs.”

“Sarah took care of our cats, and I’ve came back to a clean fresh litter. She even clean some of the cats poop outside of the litter and feed/refill water. Definitely recommend her services. Thank you!”

“Tonka Loves Natalie and gets so excited when she comes over. They have a special connection. Thank you so much for watching Tonda. So much appreciated. have good day.”

About: I grew up raising cattle, goats, and horses. I have had pet dogs, cats, and fish all my life. I was a vet tech in my early twenties, and a milk goat and chicken owner in my thirties. My family and I currently live with and care for a dog, cats, and an indoor rabbit. I went through the AKC good citizen training with our current dog, and use only positive behavior strategies. I love all animals, and love to house sit and pet sit for friends and family. I am a substitute teacher and currently have the time to pet and house sit for more families in order to make extra income for my kids’ college fund. I am also a master gardener and love caring for plants as well as pets! I am a substitute teacher, so I have an open schedule during the summer, weekends, and holidays. I am able to give your pet the time and attention it deserves. I treat my pets as important and treasured members of the family. I promise to treat your pets the same as I treat mine. I take pet sitting very seriously, and will do my very best to make sure your family member is getting lots of love and attention and living its best life while you are away. I know I would want the same in a pet sitter!

“Juli was a perfect dog sitter. Mac took to her right away. She took him for walks and took very good care of him and he was healthy and happy when we got home. I would definitely hire her again. Thanks much!”

About: Hi! My name is Quinn and I’ve been caring for my own dogs for over 10 years and have extensive experience working with dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. I’m especially comfortable with nervous, reactive, and senior dogs, and I understand the patience and care they need—my own dog is a senior, too. I’m currently completing a dog training apprenticeship, and I love getting to know each dog’s unique personality while helping them feel safe, happy, and cared for. I strive to provide compassionate, reliable care that’s tailored to every dog’s individual needs. I’m also proud to offer a welcoming, inclusive environment and am LGBTQ+ (queer and trans) and disability friendly. I currently work hybrid and have plenty of time to be inclusive of many schedules! I also will be moving to part time work which will open my schedule even more I always tailor my care to each pet’s individual routine and needs. Before each booking, I like to learn about their schedule, feeding routine, exercise needs, favorite activities, and any medical or behavioral considerations so I can provide consistent, low-stress care. In a client’s home, I treat both their pets and their home with the utmost respect. I’ll follow all care instructions closely, provide plenty of love, enrichment, walks or playtime as appropriate, administer medications if needed, and keep you updated with photos and messages so you know your pet is happy and safe.
About: I’ve been caring for pets for as long as I can remember. Our family dog was the same age as me, so I truly grew up side by side with a pet and learned what it means to care for an animal through every stage of life from the beginning to the end. I started pet sitting for family friends back in junior high, and I grew up helping care for our own cats and dog in my parent’s house. While in college, I had roommates with cats which I enjoyed and would frequently pet sit for my godparents and other friends as well. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience with daily routines like feeding, walks, playtime, and giving pets the attention and love they need while their owners are away. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I treat every animal as if they were my own—making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy. I currently have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate a variety of bookings. In the coming weeks, I will be working Monday through Friday from 8:00–4:30, but I will still be available for pet care after work on weekdays, as well as available on weekends. I do my best to be upfront about availability and communicate clearly, so we can find a schedule that works best for you and your pet. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I follow care instructions closely and make sure pets are always supervised, secure, and well cared for. I keep environments clean, calm, and pet-friendly, paying close attention to routines, feeding schedules, and any special needs. I’m attentive to each pet’s personality and comfort level, and I always aim to create a loving environment where pets feel safe, happy, and at home.
“We are grateful for Michayla taking such expert Care of George and Marco! Her kind and conscientious manner gives us confidence in Michayla as a reliable Caretaker for our Boys! Thank you!✨🙂”

About: I have had animals in my household my whole life. I have had both cats and dogs since I was a young child, so I know the love and care that goes into providing a great environment for your furry friend! I am very patient and understanding and will give unconditional love to any cat or dog! I live in a nice neighborhood so I would like to take dogs for walks multiple times a day or play in my big backyard with them! I am a teacher in White Bear, and I would be able to take your dog for a walk before and after school to make sure they are able to get their energy out! I currently do not have any other pets in my home so all of my care an attention will go into caring for your pet. My apartment has a big back yard for dogs to run around and play in, and a quiet neighborhood to go for walks. I am also close to many parks where I could bring a dog to play or walk!
About: Been taking care of animals since I was a little kid. Dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, hamsters, snakes, turtles, pet fish. Eventually I hope to open a bigger home boarding practice ❤️ They will spending with me while I work from my room. After work will be park time. They will be walked at least once a day, if not more. 😊👍 Currently I live in a condominium, there is a small dog park right outside the complex. Nice trails for walks and exercise. I also am able to trim your dog's hair upon request. 😊👍
“Joel provided an amazing drop-in service for us twice daily for 6 days for our 4 senior Dachshunds. He communicated with us each time he stopped by and sent pictures of the pups eating, getting some outdoor play time and settling down for naps until his next visit. They truly bonded with him because he gave them the kind of attention they crave—food, belly rubs and back scratches. One of the pups is blind and he helped her up and down the steps to walk in the grass. We could enjoy our trip knowing our pups were getting great care and attention while their needs were being met. Very satisfied with the job Joel did for us!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Little Canada
We couldn’t be happier with the care our pets received while we were away. She went above and beyond for all of our furry family making sure they were well-fed, loved, and kept on their routines. It gave us real peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. She also kept us updated with messages and photos, which meant so much while we were gone. We came home to very happy and relaxed pets. We would recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and dependable to watch their pets.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
