I’ve been around dogs my entire life! My husband and I both grew up with dogs, and we currently have two Lab mixes, ages 13 and 8. Caring for our senior dog has also given me firsthand experience with the extra patience, attention and slower pace older pups sometimes need. We’re a dog-loving family of four with a large, fully fenced backyard and a dog-friendly neighborhood perfect for walks. I’m comfortable with dogs of different ages, sizes and personalities, and I understand that every dog has their own routine and needs. After 16+ years in the corporate world, an unexpected career change gave me the opportunity to pursue something I’ve always dreamed about—working with dogs! I also have a degree in Operations Management, so reliability, organization and communication are second nature to me. Most importantly, I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else. My goal is to care for your pup like I would want someone to care for mine—with lots of attention, affection, playtime and updates for you along the way. 🐾

Abby is an actual dog whisperer- she is so knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful when it comes to dogs. She understands so much about dogs- not just best practices for feeding and care, but also dog training, how dogs understand the world, and the best way to troubleshoot common dog issues. She truly loves animals and goes out of her way to take excellent care of all animals. She is down to earth, hard working and extremely reliable. Abby and Marcus are the canine dream team. Could recommend them any higher!
Love these two! They love the fur babies that they care for even if it's just a walk or an overnight stay. I highly recommend!

Schedule
I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to make pet care a priority throughout my day. I’m available for weekday walks and drop-ins, as well as daycare and overnight boarding. Being home gives me plenty of time for outdoor play, walks, potty breaks, snuggles and individual attention. I’m also available many weekends and holidays!

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. We have a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to safely run, play and explore, plus a dog-friendly neighborhood for walks. We have two Lab mixes of our own and will always make sure introductions are comfortable for everyone. I’m happy to follow your dog’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, crate time and any special instructions you provide. Dogs staying with us will be treated like part of the family, with plenty of attention, outdoor time and love. I’ll also send photos and updates so you can relax knowing your pup is happy and well cared for. 🐾

A typical day
Every dog is different, so I’m happy to match their energy and routine! A typical day can include plenty of time exploring our large fenced backyard, walks around our dog-friendly neighborhood, playtime, toys and lots of attention. Just as importantly, there’s plenty of time to relax, nap and snuggle. Our own dogs range from a laid-back 13-year-old senior to a younger, more active pup, so we’re very used to adjusting the day to what each dog needs.

- I want your dog to feel safe and comfortable while they’re with us! Please tell me about their normal routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, energy level and any special needs. I’d also like to know how they do with other dogs and children, whether they’re crate trained, any separation anxiety, resource guarding, escape tendencies or triggers, and of course—all their favorite things! The more I know about your pup, the better I can make their stay feel like home.
