“Mauren is amazing! She stepped in on very short notice to help us out, and handled our 2 large dogs like a pro! She sent lots of pictures and videos, and our dogs seem to really love her. I look forward to having her back in the future!”

I keep my rover schedule up to date and frequently have evening availability during the weeks! I will foster a safe environment for your loved ones, making sure that all their needs are met! I am trustworthy and will put you and your animals best interest at heart.
“Ava was really amazing. She was very professional, and above all she was very thoughtful, kind and caring with our senior with special needs dog. She met with us prior to our scheduled drop ins so she was familiar with Cole’s needs and routines. She was an exceptional communicator, sending pictures and updating us with how things were going, and very understanding with our shy senior dog. We would highly recommend her and definitely look forward to using her again!”

About: I've always been a pet lover. Did pet sitting as a pre-teen and teenager. I had a soul cat for 15 years and a soul dog for 13 years. I have 2 grand-pups who I often dog sit or just take for a day adventure. I've had guinea pigs, hampsters, fish, you name it. I pass you and your animal on the street don't be offended by me going straight to them first! Animals (all animals) seem to love me back too which I LOVE! I'm currently not working or occasionally working remote contract jobs so I have plenty of time to spend spoiling your furr baby! And spoil them I will!!!! I have a condo in Minneapolis near the Sculpture Garden and Loring park. I am on the first floor with a patio and yard so plenty of space to do their business or to take a great walk. My building is small and very pet friendly. I'm also comfortable traveling out to your home since I'm central to the area.
“Christy is amazing, we have used her for several years now and could not recommend someone higher. She takes wonderful care of our cat, it’s wonderful not having to worry if your fur baby is being cared for.”

“Rob was amazing, very punctual and very good with my cats. He did great with administering a pill to my kitty, twice a day. Highly recommend, and would want him to take care of my fur babies if I had to be out of town again.”

“Sarah came through for us again by doing a 1 hour drop in visit to feed, play with the dogs and let them relieve themselves in the yard. We are so lucky to have her on our team! Also her pictures are always better than the ones I take myself. Thank you!”

“Ashley was very accommodating was able to book last minute and squeeze me in and still meet my kiddos needs. Communicative and fast response to any questions or concerns I had. Thanks”

“Lauren was absolutely fantastic!! I couldn’t have picked a better sitter to make my cat feel comfortable and happy! Lauren went above and beyond with photos throughout every visit and A+ communication. She followed all directions as well as administered meds flawlessly. Thank you, Lauren! - Spice”

About: I've raised three dogs from puppies and one from 1yr old. I've cat/dog/fish sat for friends. I love nature and animals. Outside of work, travel/parenting/scuba diving trips are preventing me from being a full-time pet owner currently but I still want to sneak in some fuzzy cuddle time. I typically do four six hour days in office a week and complete the rest of my day from home or yours but that can be flexible when needed. I'm pretty flexible over the weekend. I like to get my daily steps in and happy to take your pup with. I like to play and snuggle on the couch or floor depending on house rules.
About: I have pet sat for roughly five families. I also fostered 4 dogs for short periods of time. I have done diabetes shots for a well behaved cat before, as well as oral meds for dogs with medical problems. I have worked with up to three dogs and one cat at a time when they had a backyard to play in. I am willing to take dogs for longer walks if needed, and any additional exercises needed, such as playing fetch. I am willing to watch a dog for extended periods of time, having had watched dogs for up to 3 weeks straight. I am currently only working as a dog sitter, so can spend as much time as necessary for the pet to be comfortable. I am willing to drive up to 50 miles for a visit.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Lauderdale
Cindy was perfect. She seems to truly care about dogs, especially ours. It was a comfort to know she could drop in twice to care for our Dear Floyd on our daughter’s wedding day. She followed all instructions and kept us updated. It was a comfort and a relief.

Mad did a drop by visit with our two dogs, in preparation for a longer stay ahead with them. Mad was conscientious and attentive with our dogs, and very willing to do what was necessary to help them feel comfortable (especially one of our dogs, who finds meeting new people a little scary). Mad clearly understands dogs and has a wealth of experience to draw from. We feel confident our dogs are in good hands!

Sara was a great drop-in sitter for my cat and dog! I recently adopted my dog and wanted someone to check on her (and my cat) over lunchtime when I had work obligations. Sara’s visit and report card provided me peace of mind. Sara was also willing to meet my pets ahead of the actual visit and I really appreciated that! When I came home to my pets, both were happy and relaxed and I could tell Sara’s visit really made the difference. I would highly recommend Sara!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
