Lizzy was phenomenal! My wife and I were out of the country for 9 days. This was the first time we left our dog, Lemon, for more than one night, and we were very nervous. But Lizzy was so great with Lemon. We got frequent updates and could tell from the pictures that he was settling right in. Brittni and Michael were great with Olive. They were warm and welcoming when I arrived and made sure that Olive was settled in. Zoelie was extremely kind and flexible, plus curious about she could best accommodate my nervous dog! She was very responsive and sent a few updates throughout my dog’s time with her. I know I left her in great hands and will ask Zoelie first if I need to board my dog again.

Yidan is absolutely wonderful! We were quite nervous because our dog, Oona, has separation anxiety and was also recovering from her spay surgery. But Yidan handled everything perfectly. What surprised us the most was how quickly Oona warmed up to her-she usually takes a long time to trust new people, so seeing her bond with Yidan right away was amazing. Yidan was incredibly punctual, attentive to all the post-op care instructions, and just an absolute joy to work with. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend her!
