Hello! My name is Lizzy. I am a Minnesota native, U of Minnesota alum, and above all, an extreme lover of dogs. I’ve loved and cared for dogs since my family first got a dog when I was 5 years old. I’ve since developed a deep passion for dogs of all kinds! I work from home and have a pretty wide open schedule. I am ready to take your dog(s) in over your vacations and treat them like family. I’ll send countless photos and updates to you and provide an enriching experience for them. Your dog will be my top priority during their time with me. In fact, I guarantee your dog will be excited to see me the next time you book with me because of how much fun they had the first time! My home is near city walks and nature trails, so plenty of sniff spots for your pup when they stay with me! There’s also a dog park one mile away from my house, so if your dog would enjoy that, I’ll take them there. I’m professional, dedicated, and passionate about caring for your pet. I look forward to hearing from you!

Lizzy was phenomenal! My wife and I were out of the country for 9 days. This was the first time we left our dog, Lemon, for more than one night, and we were very nervous. But Lizzy was so great with Lemon. We got frequent updates and could tell from the pictures that he was settling right in. We felt comfortable knowing Lemon was well taken care of and shown so much love while we were away. 100% would book again.
Lizzy and her husband warmly welcomed U-Jin into their home. I inesduatejybfekt at ease with them and Lizzy gave updates throughout the day. She took amazing care of my special guy and I would happily rebook again. My dog lucked out with plenty of physical activity and attention and he looked very happy when Lizzy walked him out to meet me at the end of the day.
I will definitely be going to Lizzy for any services again!! She made sure to update me everyday and really made the pups were happy while my partner and I were away (:

Lizzy did an amazing job!! This was our first experience leaving Cookie with a sitter, and it was perfect for us. With Cookie’s separation anxiety, we were really nervous about how she would react. Schedule
I work from home so my schedule is flexible and I would be home all day to care for your dog(s). We will go on walks, frequent potty breaks, and have lots of cuddle time.

Safety, trust & environment
If your dog likes to be outside and on walks, I will ensure they get all the sniffs as we explore the beautiful city sidewalks and trails. My home is private (not shared with others) and has a security system so your pet will be safe and sound when they stay with me. Note: I have a 6 month old baby girl and a husband named Brent who is equally passionate about dogs and will be around in the evenings and weekends to join in on play and walk time!
A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks or even runs if they are up for it. I will also ensure the dog is treated like a member of my family during their stay. You let me know what your dog likes or doesn't like and I will adapt accordingly.
