Lorraine is so, so sweet and clearly adores every animal she meets. Our mastiff/newfie mix, Moose, had a wonderful stay with her. She gave him tons of love and kept him active! It meant a lot to us that she was able to understand and keep up with his medications and supplements as well. She kept us very well updated on his days. We will absolutely trust Lorraine with Moose again!

Amy took great care of my dog Maple! Maple is dog-reactive and takes a while to warm up to people, but Amy showed him nothing but patience and made it a great, fun stay for him. She asked great questions at our meet and greet and when I dropped him off to make sure she knew his favorite toys and games, his meal and treat habits, and how to make him feel supported. I felt assured he was in safe and attentive hands! She even agreed to keep him an extra night when our flight got delayed, and her flexibility and understanding turned a minor nightmare into a small hiccup. Apologies to the neighbors that had to listen to Maple bark all weekend, but huge thanks to Amy! 💖
