My name is Shevon and I'm an RN that mostly works from home. I am usually gone from home no more than 2-4 hours at a time 2-3 days a week. Although we're new to Rover, my fiancé (Ian) and I have lots of experience dog sitting for friends and family over the years as well as caring for our own dog. We have experience caring for sick dogs that require treatments, medications, and special diets. We adopted our dog as a puppy and completed multiple obedience courses through Canine Coach. We are able to care for puppies as long as they are able to wait 3-4 hours between bathroom breaks. We are willing to accept dogs that are not crate trained as long as they are not destructive when left alone. We would prefer to do a meet and greet to ensure your dog gets along with ours. **For those interested in Doggy Day Care, we can provide supervision for your dog throughout the day (aside from the occasion that I'm going to be out for 2-4 hours which I would confirm with you in advance), but want to be sure you know that if it's M-F I will have work to do. The dogs will get regular potty breaks and be free to play inside and outside. I can take them for a walk during my hour lunch break.

Shevon and Ian did a great job watching my dog on two separate occasions while I was on vacation! I get anxious leaving my pup with someone new, but they were fantastic about sending updates and asking all the right questions, so I was quickly put at ease. They have a great backyard setup, and my dog had so much fun hanging out with their pup and the family! Will definitely reach out again in the future!
The whole family loves animals and knows how to keep a happy calm household. The fenced in yard has shade and places to play and explore. The human family can watch the canine family through the patio door too.
Shevon, Ian, and Warren were great. Millie is not used to being around other dogs, but Shevon sent me a video of Millie and Warren playing together. She also sent pictures every day, sometimes a couple of pictures in one day. It was so nice to see that Millie warmed up to them quickly! I was a little worried about that. I would certainly use them again! Thank you for the great care!
Shevon and Ian took very good care of our dog. She seemed very happy when we picked her up. They were also very kind and flexible when our return home was delayed due to a snowstorm.
I couldn’t be happier about finding Shevon & Ian - they are a perfect fit for Loki. Very caring, very attentive and understanding of a young but very large dog’s needs (and quirks!) They have a wonderful house with a huge fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood, and their daughter and dog Warren are equally awesome. Shevon even went out of her way between visits to help us find a new vet when Loki was struggling with a severe case of pneumonia. Can’t recommend them enough!
Shevon & Ian did a great job with my shepard mix. They were communicative, posted updates and photos and followed through. They have a fenced in back yard which is great for dogs. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I primarily work from home. Ian is home around 2:30-3pm each day. I may have meetings outside my home 2-3 days a week Monday through Friday. I am gone for no more than 2-4 hours at a time. Your dog would need to be able to go at least 4 hours between bathroom breaks. I am able to provide regular potty breaks and walks during my lunch break.

We ensure that we stick to your pet’s regular feeding, walking, and sleeping schedule. We offer a pet friendly home with a fenced in backyard, fresh water, and toys! Lots of love, attention, and snuggles will be provided in order to ease separation anxiety! There is a beautiful nature preserve down the road along with other walking paths. We believe in open communication and transparency. We would send you text messages and picture updates of your fur baby while you're away.

We have a large fenced in backyard that is perfect for lots of playtime! We also have some enrichment toys to keep your pups entertained and happy. We like to go on long walks and explore the area.
