We are very protective of our two dogs, and leaving them without a family member was hard to do. Fernanda kept us well informed, daily. She followed instructions and adapted to their needs. When we picked the dogs up, they were happy to see us and be home, but seemed to miss the connection they formed with Fernanda and her daughter, and their dog.
We are so fortunate to have found Kari and her wonderful family. We did a meet-and-greet with our dog prior to the stay and immediately became comfortable with her family and her wonderful home. During the stay Kari sent photos and updates every day as was very good at communication. She was also very flexible with us regarding pickup and drop off times. I will absolutely look to Kari again in the future if we need dog care again.
Lorraine is so, so sweet and clearly adores every animal she meets. Our mastiff/newfie mix, Moose, had a wonderful stay with her. She gave him tons of love and kept him active! It meant a lot to us that she was able to understand and keep up with his medications and supplements as well. She kept us very well updated on his days. We will absolutely trust Lorraine with Moose again!
Kelly and Jim took amazing care of my dog while I was out of the country for two weeks! They have a great house/backyard setup + a sweet pup that my dog adored. Kelly and Jim were good with communication and keeping me updated throughout. Will definitely plan to book with them again in the future!

Amy took great care of my dog Maple! Maple is dog-reactive and takes a while to warm up to people, but Amy showed him nothing but patience and made it a great, fun stay for him. She asked great questions at our meet and greet and when I dropped him off to make sure she knew his favorite toys and games, his meal and treat habits, and how to make him feel supported. I felt assured he was in safe and attentive hands! She even agreed to keep him an extra night when our flight got delayed, and her flexibility and understanding turned a minor nightmare into a small hiccup. Apologies to the neighbors that had to listen to Maple bark all weekend, but huge thanks to Amy! 💖
