Air was exceptional. We expected a great pet sitter, but she brought the added value of real puppy training experience. She followed our care instructions, gave us thoughtful and practical suggestions, and took the time to explain how we could continue the progress at home. Our puppy came home happy, relaxed, and noticeably more confident. She also went above and beyond by taking our dog on a few outings, which was more than we expected. Communication was excellent: we received two updates and around 10 photos every day, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. There are plenty of good Rover sitters, but Air is rare. We would book with her again without hesitation. She is absolutely worth her rate — and honestly, she should probably charge more.

Roberta has a GREAT set-up for cats - cat tress, comfy couch, climbing walls, and a great view. She is thoughtful, kind and pays attention to make sure each cats specific needs are met. You can tell she loves cats and wants her guests to have the best experience possible. Both my cats were well cared for and came home happy after a week with Roberta. Destiny did a great job watching my quirky dog. She adhered to all my instructions and sent me photos every day. My dog has some behavior issues and is not always easy to watch. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with Destiny and would use her again as a dog sitter.
