My dog had such a good time at Brooklyn’s that she laid down and refused to leave. She had some moments of being overwhelmed with the friendly, calm, resident dog, and Brooklyn gave her the space to take a break. Great communication and availability, would definitely book again!

Roberta was genuinely a life saver for me this week. My cat was recovering from a surgery and while she was with Roberta, she got sick again. Amy took great care of my dog Maple! Maple is dog-reactive and takes a while to warm up to people, but Amy showed him nothing but patience and made it a great, fun stay for him. She asked great questions at our meet and greet and when I dropped him off to make sure she knew his favorite toys and games, his meal and treat habits, and how to make him feel supported. I felt assured he was in safe and attentive hands! She even agreed to keep him an extra night when our flight got delayed, and her flexibility and understanding turned a minor nightmare into a small hiccup. Apologies to the neighbors that had to listen to Maple bark all weekend, but huge thanks to Amy! 💖
