Amy took great care of my dog Maple! Maple is dog-reactive and takes a while to warm up to people, but Amy showed him nothing but patience and made it a great, fun stay for him. She asked great questions at our meet and greet and when I dropped him off to make sure she knew his favorite toys and games, his meal and treat habits, and how to make him feel supported. I felt assured he was in safe and attentive hands! She even agreed to keep him an extra night when our flight got delayed, and her flexibility and understanding turned a minor nightmare into a small hiccup.
