We have one dog selective dog and he made sure to make him comfortable and not have to interact with any. Our other dog is a flight risk and he made sure she never got out of his yard. Air was exceptional. We expected a great pet sitter, but she brought the added value of real puppy training experience. She followed our care instructions, gave us thoughtful and practical suggestions, and took the time to explain how we could continue the progress at home. Our puppy came home happy, relaxed, and noticeably more confident. She also went above and beyond by taking our dog on a few outings, which was more than we expected. Communication was excellent: we received two updates and around 10 photos every day, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. There are plenty of good Rover sitters, but Air is rare. We would book with her again without hesitation. She is absolutely worth her rate — and honestly, she should probably charge more.
Nathan was excellent in communicating and providing me daily updates and pictures of Bailey. First time using Nathan and Bailey seemed very content and enjoyed her stay. I have reason to believe Nathan‘s family may have spoiled Bailey some 😉. I would definitely use Nathan again for any future Rover needs I may have.
Jenna did a great job caring for our dog Cali. She was very quick to respond to questions and to provide updates. Her communication was very clear, and she was flexible about pick-up and drop-off, which is important based on our travel plans. She also open to providing extra care for our dog, who requires medication. Overall, we were happy working with Jenna and would stay again.
