About: I’ve been a dog owner for 6 years and a Dog Person for over 3 decades! Throughout my life, family, friends, and neighbors have all trusted me to care for their pets, including the dogs I grew up with. From check-ins and playtime to walks and feeding, I’ve done it all. I’ve even been asked to chauffeur a friend’s dog for their wedding! I bring enthusiasm and playfulness to every interaction but prioritize comfort and safety. I want you and your pet to feel seen and secure. And that’s exactly how I care for my own fur baby, Rufus! As the proud mom of a rescue dog with lots of dog pals, I know firsthand that each pet has unique needs, and I lead with that empathy. I can’t wait to show your dog(s) some love! I’m available for drop-ins, playtime, and walks on weekdays from 11am - 3pm. I’d love to work with you and your pet to figure out a rhythm of care that fits your needs, but I’m flexible too! Trust and safety are top priorities for me! My own dog's a "runner" so I take extra care when securing doors, gates, leashes, crates, etc. Before I start spending time with your pup, I'll make sure I fully understand your environment and expectations.

About: We LOVE dogs and have a city sized house full of people that love giving them attention! We have 2 school age children but are home full time in the summer with a good sized fenced backyard and our own friendly pups, Oli and Lulu. We go back to our full-time jobs as educators on August 25, so our calendar reflects our school year availability (mostly weekends and some school breaks!) I (Kara) grew up always having a dog in the family, and as soon as I could, I acquired one of my own. I've learned that dogs need people, but people need dogs just as much. All this to say, we can't imagine a world without these furry little companions! With many attentive people in our household, your dog will never have needs unmet. Whether it be snuggles, toys, pets, walks, playtimes, food... be assured we can handle it! We can't wait to meet your dog! We both work in education, so our summers are very open & flexible and offer so many opportunities for dog walks, dog parks, pet cuddles, etc. Once the school year starts, our calendar reflects our weekend and school break availability! We have a fenced back yard and get on many outings with our own high energy dog. We do on long walks daily and often to the off leash dog park (if your dog is licensed in Minneapolis). We have a friendly cat that mostly keeps to herself around dogs, but she does not allow other cats in the home (so we are unable to board cats.)

About: I work at pet hospital as a veterinary assistant now. I have 1 large dog which is Alaskan malamute, 1 medium sized dog Shiba Inu and 3 cats which are British shorthair, ragdoll and domestic cat. I am professional at taking care of them. I majored in animal science working on pre veterinary programs at the University of Minnesota twin cities. I can do basic wellness check for pets. I used to help my friends taking care of their dogs including walking two dogs together, feed and bath. I’m basically free every day. I love all kinds of animals and play with them and I believe I can provide great care for them I have a huge basement and first floor for my pets to play in the house and he is well trained by me as an ESA dog. My cats are very sweet. I’m good at getting along with pets. Even my Guinea pig is friendly to humans and petable

About: I have lots of patience for all kinds of animals with all kinds of behaviors. I am passionate about cats dogs, and any pet I meet. I am often the favorite human to the animals in my life. I currently have a part time job but am planning to do full time school in the fall. I will have time outside of classes, and plenty of time over the summer, to care and play with your pets! About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats as a service since 2016. Every animal is different so I enjoy speaking with the owners beforehand and getting to bond with critters that are different than mine. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and sizes and love caring for cats. I have cared for Guinea Pigs, chickens, pigs, goats, sheep and cattle as well. Farm sitting outside of the Twin Cities area available on weekends only ( Fri.pm-Sun afternoon). Weekly stays available only in Minneapolis due to full-time employment. I’m available weekends for walks and animal care. I’m a full-time employee so weekday evening walks after 5pm work best for my schedule. Previously, I have stayed overnight to keep the in home animals company and keep the house safe while folks are away. I can clean and bring in the mail. Since I work from home, your pet gets consistent attention throughout the day, not just quick check-ins. And because I don’t have other pets in my home, your pet gets my full, undivided attention — no competing for space, food, or affection with a resident animal. Pet care fits naturally into my everyday life, not just around it. My work is flexible, so I’m either home or able to come back frequently throughout the day — your pet won’t be left alone for long stretches. I’m available all seven days of the week, so there’s no gap in coverage between weekdays and weekends. Boarding • Your pet stays in my home with no other pets competing for attention. I keep feeding and routines on schedule, and since I work from home, someone’s around for most of the day. Drop-ins • I follow whatever routine you’ve set — feeding, medication, fresh water, litter box or potty breaks, and playtime — with a photo update after each visit. Walks • One walk a day, paced to your pet’s comfort level, on-leash and supervised the whole time. I pay close attention to their cues, especially with cats and small-to-medium dogs, where I have the most hands-on experience. House-sitting • I usually do NOT stay at clients homes overnight or for extended periods during the day! • I will check in with your pets in the AM/PM (as needed) and follow their routines so their schedule is consistent, and provide photos throughout the stay. *Every visit ends with a photo, so you always know your pet is happy and cared for.

About: My name is Serenity, and I guarantee peace of mind when you leave your animals with me. I grew up on a farm and with a mother who adores animals. I've cared for all kinds of animals and have extensive experience with looking after their well-being and health. I love any animal from big dogs to baby kittens. I know that your pet is like family to you. If you choose me as a sitter, I can promise that they will be treated as family. I can work with rescues and special diets. I can bottle feed and help with disabled animals as well. Not only am I able to look after your animals with the care that is necessary, I can also ensure the loving environment any animal deserves :) I am a college student who has lots of extra time this summer. About: I’ve grown up around dogs and absolutely love caring for them! I currently have a Golden Retriever puppy of my own, so I’m very comfortable with puppies, potty training, walks, playtime, feeding routines, crates, and all of the energy that comes with younger dogs. I also have experience with adult dogs of different sizes and personalities. I know how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pet, and I’ll always treat your dog with the same patience, attention, and love that I give my own. I work Thursday-Sunday afternoons or evenings as a server. About: I’ve been lucky enough to get to care for loads of different animals throughout my life; I rode horses as a kid, my mom and I kept dogs, birds, fish, guinea pigs, chinchillas and reptiles as beloved pets and now I get to parent two dog babies who are the loves of my life (Max, the 13 pound chihuahua mix and Sebby, a collie mix). When I was a student at the University of Iowa (sorry, Gophers!) I had an awesome gig occasionally house-sitting for a colleague with a chicken coop, 20 indoor/outdoor country cats and 2 dogs. It was the best! Seniors, babies, miniature, gigantic—all sizes, ages, and breeds and species are in my wheelhouse. Consider me a lover of all animals, period. In addition to general, overnight house-sitting, I would love to build some rapport and ongoing relationships with anyone looking for a regular or semi-regular dogwalker. My transportation is reliable, I love the outdoors, and I live in a very central part of Minneapolis. I actually left my unsatisfying regular day job to do what makes me happier, which massively includes spending more time with animals and being in nature. In my spare time, I’m working on building a small business around Minnesota native landscaping, pottery, and houseplants. I have an enormous collection of indoor houseplants, a floor-to-ceiling fig tree in my living room, and I keep vegetable and pollinator gardens. While you’re away, I would be happy to look after your plants while looking after your pets. I’m totally comfortable following your caretaking instructions so that your pet’s routine is preserved as best as possible while you’re away. Their comfort during your separation would be my priority. I’m flexible and coachable with what your situation requires.

About: I’ve petsit for neighbors and family since I can remember and we always had pets at home. I have taken care of puppy litters, German shepherds and even birds! I am in between jobs currently so I have a flexible and open schedule to be available for your fur babies when you can’t be. It’s so fun getting to know different personalities of our pets. I’m very patient and even shy dogs warm up to me quickly. I love showing love with cuddles and taking dogs on adventures.

I'm willing to water plants, get mail, and I won't miss garbage day--also open to discussing additional housekeeping needs. I strive to leave your space clean and tidy so upon your arrival home the only thing you'll need to focus on is reuniting with your best furr-iend.
