About: I have 23 years of pet ownership experience (cats, reptiles, and a simple fish tank). I also have a bit of volunteer experience training service dogs and have taken care of friends' pets while they're away. I work my other job from home and determine my own hours, so my schedule is generally very flexible. I have a weekday evening commitment a couple times a week, but I can easily work around that two hour block of time. I love animals and will do everything I can to take care of yours as if they're my own. About: Caring for dogs since age 10, I grew up fostering pets and have experience with dogs, cats, and different personalities, providing loving, attentive, reliable care. I am available for Rover pet care services on most days of the week with a flexible and reliable routine. I can provide care in the mornings, mid-day, and evenings from Monday through Tuesday and Thursday through Sunday, making it easy to meet pets’ feeding, exercise, and companionship needs throughout the day. On Wednesdays, I am available in the morning and evening but unavailable during the afternoon, so care on that day would be adjusted to ensure pets receive attention before and after that time. I prioritize safe, respectful, and reliable care when looking after pets in their owner’s home. I carefully follow all instructions provided, including feeding schedules, portion sizes, medications, and daily routines, to ensure pets feel comfortable and stress-free while their owners are away. I also take great care to keep the home secure by locking doors, monitoring pets closely, and preventing any potential escape or hazards. Cleanliness is important to me, so I maintain tidy feeding areas, litter boxes, and living spaces while ensuring anything unsafe is kept out of reach. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and well-being, watching for any signs of stress or illness and keeping owners updated with regular communication. Above all, I respect each home and its rules, providing a calm, safe, and loving environment so pets can feel happy and secure in their familiar space.

About: I’m an Animal Science graduate and I train service dogs with Can Do Canines, so I have a lot of experience working with dogs in different environments and understanding their behavior and needs. I’ve worked with puppies, high-energy dogs, and older pets who need a little extra patience and care. I’m very attentive to body language and routines, and I always try to make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I also grew up with dogs and have hands-on experience raising and training my own family pets—including a feisty dachshund puppy who I helped train into a gentle, well-behaved dog, along with two other dogs with strong obedience and great temperaments. My background means I naturally reinforce good habits, use positive reinforcement, and keep things consistent with what your pet already knows. I truly love spending time with animals, and I treat every pet like they’re my own—whether that’s going on walks, playing, or just giving them some extra attention and cuddles. After graduating from UMN, I’ll be working part-time at the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Roseville (around 20 hours per week). My schedule varies slightly week to week, but this also gives me a lot of flexibility for pet care. Outside of my shifts, I have a wide availability and love filling my time caring for pets. I’m happy to work with your schedule and can often accommodate mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended stays. I currently provide care in clients’ homes, where pets are most comfortable in their own environment and routine. I’m very attentive to surroundings on walks and in the home, and always monitor pets closely. About: I have grown up with all sorts of dogs of all sizes. I have taken part in both training and caring for our family dogs, and there has not been a dog that I do not immediately love. Being with dogs is always entertaining and extremely rewarding. I am not currently working, and I have a lot of free time during my summer before my junior year of college. I am available at any time of day, and my schedule is very flexible until I start working in June. I am responsible for walking, feeding, and caring for our three dogs when my parents are working. It’s very common for me to spend time with my dogs in my down time such as playing with and accompanying them.

My dog Buddy developed glaucoma and I often helped my parents with his eye drop regime, among the other tender responsibilities of walking and caring for elderly dogs. I’ve dog sit for several friends and family since high school as well, which often meant going over to house sit and stay with the dogs for company. About: Worked with PAWS at the University Of Minnesota which helps people meet animals safely. It helped me educate more people about how pets support mental health and wellbeing. My favorite thing in the world is hosting those angels in my residence. I’m currently taking summer classes but when im not in school i’m usually pretty free. I walk everyday in the morning so i usually like to have a buddy to accompany me! I prefer to adjust to the owner’s style rather than doing my own way. I’ve learned that cats and dogs especially can get pretty uncomfortable with sudden changes to their routines and schedules. So expect a full interrogation before i take your pet!

About: I have years of experience caring for many different animals at once of all ages and energy levels. I am responsible, trust worthy and reliable. ai currently work as a registered nurse in minneapolis. I work full time as a registered nurse but have a very flexible schedule outside of work. I am looking to fill my free time dog walking, drop in visits or house sitting. I make sure the pets I am looking after are well cared for, happy and have met all their basic.
