About: I’m recently unemployed and looking to get my steps in and earn some dollar tree money! I have experience running a BOOMING neighborhood dog walking business in the 90s! Also the proud owner of 1 Bombay cat. Not much specialized experience, but wide open availability to help at run of the mill drop ins and/or walks. Hope to meet you! Newly unemployed, so availability is quite literally wide open! I would like to avoid far drives. Would love some weekly walking jobs (rather, my fitness app would love) I will follow your instructions and treat your family members how I treat my own! About: I’ve provided pet sitting and care for multiple dogs, and cats including feeding, walking, and maintaining routines for friends, family and even people around my neighborhood. I’ve loved animals since childhood, and even had my own lab for 16 years who I loved to the moon and back but sadly passed away late 2024. I know older animals require a certain level of attention and care. I love staying active, and high energy animals and I get along great! I do not mind larger animals. I have consistent availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with additional flexible availability throughout the week depending on my schedule. About: I have had my own dog since I was 4. I also have been a dog sitter for many of my neighbors for years. I have experience with frequent visits during the day and overnight sitting. I’ve also had experience with special conditions such as giving medication and caring for pets who are ill. For example, my dog needs ear drops and allergy medication, so I have experience with those types of medication specifically. I also have experience cat sitting and caring for other pets, like small rodents or snakes. Currently I am working full time, hybrid, with two days in the office. I’m available for visits during the mornings and afternoons/nights during the week or weekend. I will be more available during the holiday season as well and can sit for an extended period of time if you are on vacation. I have a cat at home so I cannot provide home services, but I am available for house sitting! My home is perfectly set up for active and happy dogs. We have a decent-sized, secure yard for quick outdoor play, and we are located in a highly walkable neighborhood with easy access to local parks and trails, perfect for daily sniff-and-stretch walks. What makes my home unique is that your pet will be part of our family. My 4-year-old child is a huge animal lover who enjoys helping with gentle care, like supervised playtime and giving treats. Because my child is so involved, I am very intentional about ensuring that every dog I host is comfortable around children and that interactions are always calm, supervised, and positive. Whether it’s a quiet afternoon of belly rubs or an energetic walk on a nearby trail, I ensure every guest feels right at home. About: We LOVE dogs and have a city sized house full of people that love giving them attention! We have 2 school age children but are home full time in the summer with a good sized fenced backyard and our own friendly pups, Oli and Lulu. We go back to our full-time jobs as educators on August 25, so our calendar reflects our school year availability (mostly weekends and some school breaks!) I (Kara) grew up always having a dog in the family, and as soon as I could, I acquired one of my own. I've learned that dogs need people, but people need dogs just as much. All this to say, we can't imagine a world without these furry little companions! With many attentive people in our household, your dog will never have needs unmet. Whether it be snuggles, toys, pets, walks, playtimes, food... be assured we can handle it! We can't wait to meet your dog! We both work in education, so our summers are very open & flexible and offer so many opportunities for dog walks, dog parks, pet cuddles, etc. Once the school year starts, our calendar reflects our weekend and school break availability! We have a fenced back yard and get on many outings with our own high energy dog. We do on long walks daily and often to the off leash dog park (if your dog is licensed in Minneapolis). We have a friendly cat that mostly keeps to herself around dogs, but she does not allow other cats in the home (so we are unable to board cats.)

About: I’ve taken in many animals in need and got them supplies and environments they needed. I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, bearded dragons, sugar gliders, turtles, and snakes in my past. I currently have two cats and one dog. I work from home so I can make some times others can’t due to working out of the home. I’m not always busy on the weekends and can help take care of your fur/non fur babies. Water, walks, bathroom needs, feeding, and some medicine applications. I like to give lots of cuddles to animas who want it and I typically leave shy animas alone unless I am approached. Always start with hand sniffs before applying pets.

About: I have a deep love for animals and truly enjoy the process of connecting with them. PS - If you are wanting a house sit it is just me and not Thomas since we live in different areas now. Unfortunately we got an update from our housing authority (in Minneapolis) that we aren't supposed to have dogs 50 lb or more in the condo, so we can not accept bigger dogs unless its for a short duration. Thomas is a homebody and just goes into his art studio for a couple of hours in St Paul Mon-Fri. His hours are very flexible usually from 11:30am-3pm and can be less if needed to be home with a pet. My schedule is also flexible as I do online sales. I put my clients needs first! Ultimately I'm working for you so I want your cares and concerns to be met. I am very happy to use your toys to play with your pet as well as pamper them. Give them just enough attention and space to warm up to me. Let me know if your pets have any dietary needs. I have experience taking care of pets with seizures as well and giving their medicine in with their daily meals.

About: I’ve been lucky enough to get to care for loads of different animals throughout my life; I rode horses as a kid, my mom and I kept dogs, birds, fish, guinea pigs, chinchillas and reptiles as beloved pets and now I get to parent two dog babies who are the loves of my life (Max, the 13 pound chihuahua mix and Sebby, a collie mix). When I was a student at the University of Iowa (sorry, Gophers!) I had an awesome gig occasionally house-sitting for a colleague with a chicken coop, 20 indoor/outdoor country cats and 2 dogs. It was the best! Seniors, babies, miniature, gigantic—all sizes, ages, and breeds and species are in my wheelhouse. Consider me a lover of all animals, period. In addition to general, overnight house-sitting, I would love to build some rapport and ongoing relationships with anyone looking for a regular or semi-regular dogwalker. My transportation is reliable, I love the outdoors, and I live in a very central part of Minneapolis. I actually left my unsatisfying regular day job to do what makes me happier, which massively includes spending more time with animals and being in nature. In my spare time, I’m working on building a small business around Minnesota native landscaping, pottery, and houseplants. I have an enormous collection of indoor houseplants, a floor-to-ceiling fig tree in my living room, and I keep vegetable and pollinator gardens. While you’re away, I would be happy to look after your plants while looking after your pets. I’m totally comfortable following your caretaking instructions so that your pet’s routine is preserved as best as possible while you’re away. About: I’m a college student who had the pleasure to work with the PAWS program at the University Of Minnesota which helps people meet animals safely. It helped me educate more people about how pets support mental health and wellbeing. My favorite thing in the world is hosting those angels in my residence. I’m currently taking classes mostly Monday and Wednesday morning but when i’m not in school i’m usually at home with the pups. I take a long walk every morning so i usually like to have a buddy to accompany me! I prefer to adjust to the owner’s style rather than doing my own way.
