I grew up with dogs, both large and small, and caring for them has always been important to me. We have a dog-friendly household where our kids are respectful of dogs’ needs and enjoy helping care for them. I’ve taken dog obedience classes and love providing plenty of playful interaction, attention, and exercise each day. We currently have two playful and friendly dogs: Delilah, our three-legged Siberian Husky, and Mama, our foster-fail. I’ve regularly dog-sat and walked neighbors’ dogs over the years. I previously operated a licensed in-home childcare for 8 years through TrinityHouseDaycare.com, and I now work as a teacher, which gives me summers that are open and available for pet sitting.
