About: I keep my home boarding low-key and personalized by welcoming only one dog, or two from the same family, at a time. So your pup will enjoy plenty of one-on-one love, play, and attention in a calm, peaceful environment where they can truly relax and feel at home. Working from home in a dog-friendly condo in Columbia Heights, I’m available all day for frequent potty breaks, companionship, and checkins. There’s no private yard, but there’s a nice shared yard with plenty of green just downstairs for some outdoor time, and we can easily do neighborhood walks. As a former puggle owner, I took care of my little Snuggles all the way through her senior years until she was 13+, so I have experience and can care for dogs at every life stage, including daily care and routine, bathing, training, administering medicine when needed, and handling their specific needs as they get older. I recently had to put my own puggle down, and while I still miss her, I have been enjoying puppy kisses from the dogs I watch, and I love sharing that same attentive care with other pups who need a cozy and reliable place to stay. My setup includes comfortable dog beds, a kennel for secure rest if needed, doggy bowls for fresh water and meals, and soft blankets for cozy napping. If your dog needs someone who’s home constantly and would do walks on a nice day, let’s do a meet & greet! I work from home most days, so I’m available all day for the pups, extra potty breaks, daytime and evening walks, play, and companionship. Once every two weeks, I may be out for a few hours at the office. I’ll coordinate ahead of time, give updates, and make sure your dog is settled. On Saturdays, I’m less flexible for check-in and check-out due to volunteer work (away for half the day). I usually let dogs roam free in the condo. They can follow me everywhere if they want, which most enjoy for that constant company. I can crate your dog if needed (for naps, meals, or if they’re more comfortable that way).

About: I've had pets for most of my life, and love all animals. We had a miniature schnauzer growing up, then in college I adopted my late cat, Boots. I recently had to say goodbye to my 12.5 year old GSD mix, Gabby. Gabby was my soul dog, and I cared for her like she was my child. Both Boots and Gabby had different health issues in their later years, so I have experience administering meds, giving feline subcutaneous fluids and have used canine mobility aids (help em up harness and wheelchair). Spoiling your pet with a lot of love and personalized attention while keeping them safe and secure are my main goals as your pet sitter. I am an animal advocate with extensive animal handlers and training experience. For many years, I have worked as an animal volunteer and foster parent for animals to be adopted. I have a soft spot for dogs of all kinds, and over the years have personally adopted spaniels, terriers, doodles, shepherds, and cats. I promise to treat your pet as if it is my own, play with it, give it tons of attention and love, and make sure it is fed and comfy while in my care. I have cared for my neighbors and friends pets for the past 30 years. I'm known by all as being a loving pet mom. I am looking forward to meeting you and your pet(s) soon! I am available daily for walks, drop-ins, or house sitting. I have experience training dogs and working with rescued animals. Our dogs are rescues and they were trained by me. They are now certified therapy animals. Also, I feel comfortable giving medications and caring for older animals or those with special needs. Over the years, my family has had a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, fish, and bunnies. Growing up in the midwest farm country, we all learned to take care of horses, cattle, goats, pigs, and chickens! We are familiar with many types of animals and feel comfortable following your specific instructions for their care. I have experience working with animals that need extra attention or care due to a rough past or neglect. As their foster mom, my dogs are rescues that came from neglectful situations and had to be nursed back to health. Both have undergone amazing transformations and are happy, healthy, loving, and playful now. We would love to connect with you at a meet and greet or schedule a play date at a park to get to know you. I'm available every day of the week to walk, house sit, or drop-in on your pets. I enjoy playing with and photographing the animals I care for, giving treats, and reinforcing training. I all love animals and think of our pets as members of our family. We will treat your pet as if they are one of the family too, with much love, cuddles, and stimulating play! I am a photographer and used to work at a pet kennel, but recently moved, so I am available daily for any service you require. I will follow any instructions you leave very carefully, and will communicate with you multiple times daily to let you know how your pets are doing. My schedule is flexible and I'm ready to accommodate your pet care needs, and will send you photos of your happy pet as often as you like! I am currently working from home and am able to dedicate a lot of time to care for your pets!
About: I've been around dogs and cats my whole life. We had 2 dogs and 2 cats when I was growing up. I've been walking dogs since I was little. And I know all the dogs in my neighborhood on a first name basis. I work from home and generally have plenty of time throughout the day for walks and cuddles. My husband also loves helping out and playing with them. I have a big backyard that's mostly fenced in (each of my surrounding neighbors have fences). There's plenty of room throughout my entire house for your little baby to make themselves at home
About: I’ve loved dogs ever since I was a little girl! About two years ago I started a business out of it watching friends and family’s dogs and loved it so much I made it my career! I work with dogs full time now and absolutely love it! I’m looking to spread my love for dogs in anyway I can! I know how to handle all breeds and sizes of dogs, as I’ve worked with close to all of them! And I even have extra experience with dog grooming at well! My full time job is working with dogs so I spend about 40 hours a week with them and i absolutely love it! I would say pet care is definitely a big part of my routine! I offer both pet care in my home and my clients home! I have a friendly dog of my own at home which could keep your pup great company, if your dog isn’t comfortable with new friends we have multiple levels and can accommodate that no problem! I have crates or beds owners choice as well as lots of toys and a big yard to play in! If pet parents are looking for an at home stay I’m more than comfortable with that as well! I do great following instructions as well as keeping your pup company at home!

About: Hello! I already love your dog :) My partner and I both work remote so we are home all day! Although we don’t have a yard that means we are out for walks FREQUENTLY to ensure everyone one gets out and smells the fresh air. Besides growing up with dogs in my home and being the family dog sitter, I volunteer frequently at a local rescue and familiar with caring for many animals. Your child will be treated like royalty! As mentioned my partner and I work remote and home all day everyday - we can accommodate to any schedule for potty breaks and feedings and plenty of play! Although there is no yard we are out frequently walking and using the restroom. Rest assured we also have the ability to keep separate if needed.

“Would rate ten stars if we could. We have never had to board our pup for longer than two days and we put our full trust in Timm for our nine day trip. It was also our dog's first experience with a cat and Timm made sure that experience went smoothly. Timm also set up a video call well in advance of our pup's stay to assure us of the other pets he'd be staying with and the home he would be staying at. When we arrived, he ran right up to the house and made himself at home. We got several updates throughout our honeymoon and enjoyed all of the photos and videos. We are so grateful for Timm and plan to book with him in the future.”
