We did a meet and greet with Colleen and Joe and they were wonderful. Dezi immediately took to their great yard and house and they were both so kind and willing to answer any questions and put us at ease. Amy took great care of my dog Maple! Maple is dog-reactive and takes a while to warm up to people, but Amy showed him nothing but patience and made it a great, fun stay for him. She asked great questions at our meet and greet and when I dropped him off to make sure she knew his favorite toys and games, his meal and treat habits, and how to make him feel supported. I felt assured he was in safe and attentive hands! She even agreed to keep him an extra night when our flight got delayed, and her flexibility and understanding turned a minor nightmare into a small hiccup. Apologies to the neighbors that had to listen to Maple bark all weekend, but huge thanks to Amy! 💖

Brittni and Michael were great with Olive. They were warm and welcoming when I arrived and made sure that Olive was settled in. They promised me timely updates and allowed me to enjoy my trip without worrying about my dog. Having them work at home was awesome because that is what Olive is used to. Would book again! Thank you.

Ken took great care of Koda during her 1st non-family overnight. He made sure to have a full understanding of Koda’s needs and routines. Koda was so excited when I dropped her off she didn't even care that I was leaving. I can tell that Ken took care of Koda like she was his own dog and would definitely recommend!

Dave and family were super awesome hosts to my old man for the weekend! He has trouble moving around with his arthritis, but they made sure to walk him with his little harness and get them outside in the grass where he could lounge around! His little girls also tucked him in - so sweet!! Highly recommend for anyone looking for hands-on attention for their loved ones while they are away! Will definitely be reaching out when Puckett needs another weekend away from dad - 20 out of 10!!

Jack spent just over a week at Megan and Michael’s house and we could tell from all the updates he was absolutely LOVING his doggy vacation!! Megan sent daily updates with pictures and videos of Jack and Augie playing, walking and lounging together. Megan’s communication was top notch and we felt so at ease knowing that Jack was in such good hands our entire trip. Thanks for being such attentive and caring dog sitters Megan, Michael and family!

Nathan and his family are wonderful! Very warm and welcoming people. Our senior lab liked them immediately and enjoyed snuggling with them on the couch. She was super anxious about a big thunderstorm and Nathan handled the situation with sensitivity and care. Two big thumbs up from us!! 👍👍

Jennifer, Eric and their kids did a wonderful job sitting for Hiro. You could tell they are truly pet people and cared for our dog while we were away. They sent daily pics and took him on walks. Hiro can be quirky at times, but they did an amazing job playing and spending time with him. We would love to use them again in the future!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
