“Hey everyone, just wanted to share a bit about our dog Leo’s recent stay. We left him with these sitters, and man, they were fantastic. Right from the start, they kept us in the loop with regular updates - which was super reassuring. Leo’s days were packed. He went on walks three times a day, got to sniff around, and met some of the neighbors. Seems like everyone fell in love with him. They even told us about how excited he got every time Mike walked into a room - always ready to play. Thanksgiving with them sounded like a blast. Leo was running around in their backyard, chasing critters, and was the life of the party. They shared stories about him playing tug and fetch with the kids, and how he’d crash on the couch after a fun day. They even sent us pics of all these moments, which was awesome. We loved hearing about the little things too, like how Leo enjoyed his morning walks in the chilly November weather, or how he’d spend lazy afternoons napping with Mike. It wasn’t just about keeping Leo safe; they really made him part of their family. On the last day, they went out for a special walk before we picked him up. They sent about 20 pictures and a couple of videos during his stay, which were super fun to watch. To sum it up, these sitters are the real deal. They took care of Leo like he was their own, gave him an amazing time, and kept us connected with all those updates and photos. We’d absolutely recommend them to anyone, and Leo’s definitely staying with them again.”

About: Our family said goodbye to our 16 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Lou, and we are ready to open our home to our neighbor's pups for love and attention while you're away! Britt grew up with lots of dogs (and cats), and the whole family has experience caring for animals at all ages. Both Britt and Mike work from home full time, and are able to care for pets throughout the day and night. Our three children are in school and preschool in the neighborhood during the week, giving us several opportunities to go on daily walks. We have a large, fenced in backyard for dogs and our children to share. We do not require dogs to be crated at night or when we are away for short amounts of time. About: I keep my home boarding low-key and personalized by welcoming only one dog, or two from the same family, at a time. So your pup will enjoy plenty of one-on-one love, play, and attention in a calm, peaceful environment where they can truly relax and feel at home. I work from home most days in a dog-friendly condo in Columbia Heights, with 1–2 days a week in the office. On home days I'm available all day for frequent potty breaks, companionship, and check-ins. On office days, your pup will still get a solid morning and evening routine, and plenty of company once I'm back. There's no private yard, but there's a nice shared yard with plenty of green just downstairs for outdoor time, and we can easily do neighborhood walks. As a former puggle owner, I took care of my little Snuggles all the way through her senior years until she was 13+, so I have experience caring for dogs at every life stage, including daily care and routine, bathing, training, administering medicine when needed, and handling their specific needs as they get older. I recently had to put my own puggle down, and while I still miss her, I've been enjoying puppy kisses from the dogs I watch, and I love sharing that same attentive care with other pups who need a cozy and reliable place to stay. My setup includes comfortable dog beds, a kennel for secure rest if needed, doggy bowls for fresh water and meals, and soft blankets for cozy napping. If your dog needs someone who’s home a lot and would do walks on a nice day, let’s do a meet & greet! One or two days a week, I have to be at the office; I'll coordinate ahead of time, give updates, and make sure your dog is settled before I go. On Saturdays, I'm less flexible for check-in and check-out, since I'm away in the morning for volunteer work. I usually let dogs roam free in the condo. They can follow me everywhere if they want, which most enjoy for that constant company. I can crate your dog if needed (for naps, meals, or if they’re more comfortable that way).

About: I've cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, skill levels, and with many different conditions. I've owned and cared for many rescues who have experienced trauma and separation anxiety. I volunteer as the head steward of a local off leash dog park. I've had dogs my entire life, currently I have a partially deaf sheepadoodle and a goldendoodle who is timid at first but they both love to run and play with their dog friends. I am primarily a stay at home mom of 3 kiddos that I homeschool. I do work a few hours a week at a local playground in town. We are very rarely gone from home for more than a couple hours at a time, even that isn't very common. We like to take field trips with our daycare dogs if the owners are comfortable: walk, playground, dog park, pet store, ECT. I have 2 very friendly dogs who love to have doggy friends over to play in our big fenced in back yard. I have 3 kiddos who adore dogs and are very educated on treating them with respect and understand boundaries with dogs. The dogs are allowed free reign of the yard and the house. We do allow pet on the furniture. We do have kennels on hand if needed for alone time, feeding, sleep, or in the office chance I need to leave the house while watching your dog.

We are very active with our doggie guests and would love to host your dog. We typically go on walks once a day and on weekends typically try to be outside more (as the winter weather permits). We're open to requests to take your pup to dog parks, bike rides, or walks depending on your pup's preferences. Note: you will typically see delayed responses past 9PM but will get back to you as soon as I see your messages. Thanks! Both my husband and I work full time M-F but I work from home and would be able to take bathroom breaks or walks mid-day. If you needed someone to stop by and let your dog out, it would have to be within the Columbia Heights, Fridley, Shoreview area. We have a fenced in yard in the back that we take out the dogs to hang, throw a ball, or relax. Inside the house we leave it open range as long as your pup can handle no accidents, no chewing the kids' stuffies (it's hard I know!), etc. When we are gone, we do like to crate our visitors so they don't get into mischief while we are gone.

Thomas is a homebody and just goes into his art studio for a couple of hours in St Paul Mon-Fri. His hours are very flexible usually from 11:30am-3pm and can be less if needed to be home with a pet. My schedule is also flexible as I do online sales. I put my clients needs first! Ultimately I'm working for you so I want your cares and concerns to be met. I am very happy to use your toys to play with your pet as well as pamper them. Give them just enough attention and space to warm up to me. Let me know if your pets have any dietary needs. I have experience taking care of pets with seizures as well and giving their medicine in with their daily meals.

I have two kittens and have cat sat for friends and neighbors since I was in middle school. No matter how velcro-y or aloof your babies are Id love to keep them happy and healthy. Beyond dogs and cats I have owned (or cared for extensively) birds (cockatiels), reptiles and amphibians (bearded dragons & painted turtles), pocket pets (hamsters, guinea pigs & rabbits), freshwater fish, and horses! My wide expanse of knowledge means even if I haven’t cared for your exact critter yet I’m confident I’ll be able to pick up any new information easily and will make sure they are well cared for. No critter will scare me away! PLEASE NOTE: At this time I am not looking for any new regularly repeating weekly drop ins/walks, so if you’re looking for a new daily walker I’m probably not your best choice, however if you need the odd occasional visit, a sitter while you’re out of town, a sub for the week, or something similar I’d be happy to help! I work from home which grants me a lot of flexibility during the morning and day for walks or drop ins. My evenings can get a bit busy but with enough notice I can absolutely work in further care as well. I’ll be sure to adhere strictly to any instructions you give me. I also will be sure to send updates and pet pics every time I visit and you’re welcome to text me at any point for an update. I’m an extremely clean and tidy person and will leave your home better than I found it.
About: I have had cats and dogs in my household my entire life, I take care of them at home and also for many neighbors, and they continue to request my services. Your booking is priority one, and is always completed before other work is done. If you are requesting house sitting, I’ll be with your pet until I have to leave to briefly care for my own pets. If your dog is well behaved, I would have no problem bringing them along with me when I run around town. If you are requesting drop in visits or dog walking, I will be able to attend your home whenever you book me. I’m available throughout the day, up until 10pm. I will be sure your pet is always in sight when going outside, or always on a leash if you do not have a fenced yard. I will take precautions to make sure your animals do not escape when I am entering or exiting the house by being aware of their presence when opening or shutting doors, or making sure to block their potential exits when I am entering or exiting. I will be sure to secure any cages, kennels or enclosures, along with your residence when I leave for any reason, assuring neither your pet will be safe while alone while also not getting into mischief.
About: I grew up raising cattle, goats, and horses. I have had pet dogs, cats, and fish all my life. I was a vet tech in my early twenties, and a milk goat and chicken owner in my thirties. My family and I currently live with and care for a dog, cats, and an indoor rabbit. I went through the AKC good citizen training with our current dog, and use only positive behavior strategies. I love all animals, and love to house sit and pet sit for friends and family. I am an elementary special education teacher and currently have the time to pet and house sit for more families in order to make extra income for my kids’ college fund. About: I’ve taken in many animals in need and got them supplies and environments they needed. I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, bearded dragons, sugar gliders, turtles, and snakes in my past. I currently have two cats and one dog. I work from home so I can make some times others can’t due to working out of the home. I’m not always busy on the weekends and can help take care of your fur/non fur babies. Water, walks, bathroom needs, feeding, and some medicine applications.
