About: Our family said goodbye to our 16 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Lou, and we are ready to open our home to our neighbor's pups for love and attention while you're away! About: I keep my home boarding low-key and personalized by welcoming only one dog, or two from the same family, at a time. I recently had to put my own puggle down, and while I still miss her, I've been enjoying puppy kisses from the dogs I watch, and I love sharing that same attentive care with other pups who need a cozy and reliable place to stay. PLEASE NOTE: At this time I am not looking for any new regularly repeating weekly drop ins/walks, so if you’re looking for a new daily walker I’m probably not your best choice, however if you need the odd occasional visit, a sitter while you’re out of town, a sub for the week, or something similar I’d be happy to help! I work from home which grants me a lot of flexibility during the morning and day for walks or drop ins. My evenings can get a bit busy but with enough notice I can absolutely work in further care as well. I’ll be sure to adhere strictly to any instructions you give me. I also will be sure to send updates and pet pics every time I visit and you’re welcome to text me at any point for an update. I’m an extremely clean and tidy person and will leave your home better than I found it.
About: I have always loved being around dogs! I had a pup in my family for about 5 years when I was younger. Other than him I enjoy my family and friend’s dogs. I love taking them out for potty breaks and walks. I have house/dog sat multiple times for my family members. Treats are my love language and I never mind cleaning up accidents! I currently work full time but I get done with my days around noon. My schedule can be flexible if I get noticed ahead of time. I also travel for work. It’s not often but I will give a good heads up! Dogs will always be on a lease with me, unless trusted in a dog park. I take child and others safety seriously when it comes to public interactions.
“Lauren is, simply put, amazing. She is very friendly and genuinely loves pups, and she spent so much time with our dogs making sure they were comfortable with her and getting good walks. One of our dogs takes a lot of time to warm up to people sometimes but with Lauren our pup was so happy almost immediately. She always sends great pictures from the walks and I can tell our pups are very very happy walking with Lauren and we know they love to see her.”
About: Hi! My name is Abby and I would love to be your pet sitter! I’d love to meet you and your pet after we chat and get some details squared away. I am located in Fridley! I have experience working with a range of animals by running a Guinea pig foster-based rescue, experience at a doggy daycare, a veterinary hospital as a kennel assistant- caring for boarding, grooming, and surgery pets. I have experience as a technician assistant/receptionist at North Branch Vet. This not only involves working with clients, but understanding patients needs. I am more than happy to do activity as simple as give your pet company while they relax with potty breaks. I also love to do activities and have fun with animals, like my own Australian Shepard, Winnie, Great Dane, Reuben, my maine coon, Juneau, Manx, named “Turkey” and my multiple guinea pigs. Although cats are a much different species than dogs, I have just as much intuition and experience caring for them as well. Having two of my own, I know how much their personalities can range, and I am accustomed to being flexible with their personal needs. If your dog is friendly to other dogs, I would love to bring my own Great Dane along to overnight bookings to play and be friends with your dog! I’m excited to get to know you and your pet, please request me anytime! Your booking is priority one, and is always completed before other work is done. If you are requesting house sitting, I’ll be with your pet until I have to leave to briefly care for my own pets. If your dog is well behaved, I would have no problem bringing them along with me when I run around town. If you are requesting drop in visits or dog walking, I will be able to attend your home whenever you book me. I’m available throughout the day, up until 10pm. I will be sure your pet is always in sight when going outside, or always on a leash if you do not have a fenced yard. I will take precautions to make sure your animals do not escape when I am entering or exiting the house by being aware of their presence when opening or shutting doors, or making sure to block their potential exits when I am entering or exiting. I will be sure to secure any cages, kennels or enclosures, along with your residence when I leave for any reason, assuring neither your pet will be safe while alone while also not getting into mischief.

About: My husband and our family have been watching dogs on Rover since before it was even called Rover. We've lived overseas a few times so if you see gaps in our reviews, that is why. We are very active with our doggie guests and would love to host your dog. We typically go on walks once a day and on weekends typically try to be outside more (as the winter weather permits). We're open to requests to take your pup to dog parks, bike rides, or walks depending on your pup's preferences. Note: you will typically see delayed responses past 9PM but will get back to you as soon as I see your messages. Thanks! Both my husband and I work full time M-F but I work from home and would be able to take bathroom breaks or walks mid-day. If you needed someone to stop by and let your dog out, it would have to be within the Columbia Heights, Fridley, Shoreview area. We have a fenced in yard in the back that we take out the dogs to hang, throw a ball, or relax. Inside the house we leave it open range as long as your pup can handle no accidents, no chewing the kids' stuffies (it's hard I know!), etc. When we are gone, we do like to crate our visitors so they don't get into mischief while we are gone.
About: I’ve taken in many animals in need and got them supplies and environments they needed. I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, bearded dragons, sugar gliders, turtles, and snakes in my past. I currently have two cats and one dog. I work from home so I can make some times others can’t due to working out of the home. I’m not always busy on the weekends and can help take care of your fur/non fur babies. Water, walks, bathroom needs, feeding, and some medicine applications. I like to give lots of cuddles to animas who want it and I typically leave shy animas alone unless I am approached. Always start with hand sniffs before applying pets.

Amy was professional and easy to contact, and sent photos and updates daily. She has a great and professional setup and I knew my pup had lots of opportunities to socialize with the other dogs, sprint around, rest, lay in the sun, cuddle, and eat some treats. Amy was also very easily able to accommodate for my dog’s allergy to chicken and gave him some oral medication from our vet.
