About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and currently work as a veterinary assistant! About: Our family said goodbye to our 16 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Lou, and we are ready to open our home to our neighbor's pups for love and attention while you're away! Britt grew up with lots of dogs (and cats), and the whole family has experience caring for animals at all ages. Both Britt and Mike work from home full time, and are able to care for pets throughout the day and night. Our three children are in school and preschool in the neighborhood during the week, giving us several opportunities to go on daily walks. We have a large, fenced in backyard for dogs and our children to share. We do not require dogs to be crated at night or when we are away for short amounts of time. We do have a medium crate if their normal routine includes crating during short times alone at home. Our children are used to being around animals and know how to be gentle and respectful of space.

About: I've cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, skill levels, and with many different conditions. I've owned and cared for many rescues who have experienced trauma and separation anxiety. I volunteer as the head steward of a local off leash dog park. I've had dogs my entire life, currently I have a partially deaf sheepadoodle and a goldendoodle who is timid at first but they both love to run and play with their dog friends. I am primarily a stay at home mom of 3 kiddos that I homeschool. I do work a few hours a week at a local playground in town. We are very rarely gone from home for more than a couple hours at a time, even that isn't very common. We like to take field trips with our daycare dogs if the owners are comfortable: walk, playground, dog park, pet store, ECT. I have 2 very friendly dogs who love to have doggy friends over to play in our big fenced in back yard.
