About: I've been very fortunate to be able to take care of family and friends cats over the years (unable to have a cat of my own because my mom is allergic) I also briefly took care of a cat I found in my garage before finding her and her kittens a new home.
About: I do not currently have a cat but I have lived with cats most of my life. Inside only, and in/out cats. I understand that cats do things on their own time but I also know that sometimes cats need pills or claws clipped for their own good. I love petting and brushing and also have no problem letting them be who they are and leaving them alone until they’re ready to be friends.

About: Our family said goodbye to our 16 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Lou, and we are ready to open our home to our neighbor's pups for love and attention while you're away! Britt grew up with lots of dogs (and cats), and the whole family has experience caring for animals at all ages. Both Britt and Mike work from home full time, and are able to care for pets throughout the day and night. Our three children are in school and preschool in the neighborhood during the week, giving us several opportunities to go on daily walks. We have a large, fenced in backyard for dogs and our children to share. We do not require dogs to be crated at night or when we are away for short amounts of time. We do have a medium crate if their normal routine includes crating during short times alone at home. Our children are used to being around animals and know how to be gentle and respectful of space.

About: I am 31 years old and have taken care of pets for as long as two months to weekends. I have spent the most time with dogs of varying sizes as well as cats. I usually watch pets in the summer when I am not working as a teacher. The most pets I have done at a time is four, two dogs, a cat and duck for two months. I have summers off as a teacher! About: I have had two dogs in my life but have been the “best aunt ever” for many of my brothers and friends dogs. I understand that not all dogs are the same, they have their preferences, their likes/dislikes, and their levels of activity and stimulus. As a sitter I believe it’s important to keep up with the pets regular routine as much as possible by following the rules established by their owners. I love to spoil a dog and take them on more walks and more cuddles than normal because when owners/parents are on vacation i want the pet to have a fun vacation as well. We have a magnetic screen on the back door so when the weather is nice we have the option of opening the door so the dog and go in and out as much as they want. “Kyle provided a comfortable stay for my dog Len's first Rover experience. Even though it was a pretty short stay it was so nice to get pictures and an update on how Len was doing. Will definitely be using Kyle again!”
“Dave was amazing! We left our 2 dogs with him over thanksgiving. He gave daily updates with photos and answered any questions super quickly. We have one dog selective dog and he made sure to make him comfortable and not have to interact with any. Our other dog is a flight risk and he made sure she never got out of his yard. I think the dogs enjoyed their vacation as much as we did. We will for sure use Dave anytime he has availability!”

“I couldn’t be happier about finding Shevon & Ian - they are a perfect fit for Loki. Very caring, very attentive and understanding of a young but very large dog’s needs (and quirks!) They have a wonderful house with a huge fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood, and their daughter and dog Warren are equally awesome. Shevon even went out of her way between visits to help us find a new vet when Loki was struggling with a severe case of pneumonia. Can’t recommend them enough!”
