About: I've cared for two dogs as I grew up, and look forward to caring for more. I have done many long walks and dog park hiking with my golden doodle, and have also done some training as well. I know how to take care of puppies and adult dogs, but would love to learn how to take care of special needs and senior dogs. Dogs, like mine, are energetic and need lots of exercise, so I am always willing to play or exercise with dogs. Over the summer (June-August), I am free most afternoons and some evenings the whole week. During the school year, (September-May) I am more available during the weekends, but still free during some afternoon/evenings during the week, which I'll update as I get my schedule. At home, I care for my dog by giving him plenty of snuggles, but also getting up and playing with him when he lets me know he wants to play. I am alert and can sense what my dog may need, such as going potty, playing, or eating. When walking/going to the dog park, I watch over my dog at all times, and walk along with him. During walks, I make sure that he is safe to walk and sniff the whole time. At dog parks, I encourage him to meet other dogs and run around while still being present. I notice when my dog gets tired or needs water, and I am prepared by bringing a water bottle.

About: I’ve taken care of all sizes of dogs since I was able to be left alone at home! I regularly let 2 different pairs of dogs out for my parents and family friends. I am a student at the University of Minnesota with a flexible schedule. I have class M/W until 2 with a break inbetween for a quick potty break if needed. T/Th I am done with class by noon, with Fridays and Weekends off! I am well versed in crating and corralling dogs with different levels of behavior ability. I am more than willing to sit in the couch and do homework with your dog or run and play fetch for hours!

About: I have raised three dogs from puppies and one from 1yr old. I've cat/dog/fish sat for friends. I love nature and animals. Outside of work, travel/parenting/scuba diving trips are preventing me from being a full-time pet owner currently but I still want to sneak in some fuzzy cuddle time. I typically do four six hour days in office a week and complete the rest of my day from home or yours but that can be flexible when needed. I'm pretty flexible over the weekend. I like to get my daily steps in and happy to take your pup with. I like to play and snuggle on the couch or floor depending on house rules.

About: I have experience caring for elder family and have had multiple pets of my own as well as experience caring for pets of friends and family with all positive responses, including being favorited over my girlfriend who has known them for much longer. I have a flexible schedule and I am open to a wide variety of times in order to accommodate owners needs on a case by case basis. I have a fenced in backyard for my own dog and ample furniture for my cat to roam. I am used to being attentive and taking photo shoots accompanied with nonsensical narratives to reassure owners their children is alive and thriving.

About: I've loved dogs and cats since I was nine, when I got (or made my parents get) my first doggo (Nahla). Later on, I snuck a kitten from my aunts hobby farm into our car, and he’s stayed with us ever since (Vinnie). Nahla and Vinnie are such love bugs, and I absolutely love animals of all kinds (yes, I even have four pet spiders). While I’m new to dog walking/pet sitting as a formal side-job, I bring years of hands-on experience caring for my own dog/cat and those of my extended family. I’m reliable, respectful, and attentive to each animals unique needs and routine, whether that means a calm stroll, pets, or an energetic adventure. I understand that your dog/cat is part of your family, and I treat every walk (drop-in) with that level of care. I’m happy to provide updates, follow instructions closely, and make sure your dog/cat feels safe, loved, and happy every step of the way. I'm currently a PhD student, but during the summer, all of my work is research-based and done remotely. That means I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. Pet care fits in naturally -- I love taking breaks from the computer to get outside, stretch my legs, and spend time with my dog (her name is Nahla). Walks and check-ins are easy to plan around my research, and I enjoy the balance it brings to my day. I follow any routines or instructions closely -- whether that means feeding schedules, medications, crate time, or favorite walking routes. I always make sure pets have fresh water, get the exercise and attention they need, and feel relaxed while their people are away. In someone else’s home, I’m respectful of their space and aim to leave everything just as I found it. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos to give peace of mind. My goal is to make things as smooth and stress-free as possible for both pets and their humans
