This was my first time using Rover. Sierra checked in on my two cats while I was out of town (twice daily). We had recently got the second cat and she was very helpful in continuing their integration while we were away and ensured they were properly fed and healthy. Will be booking again.
Sierra was a great communicator and made sure that my cats were cared for during my trip. Thank you again!
It was clear that Sierra and Ziggy would get along from the first meet and greet. Ziggy is a bit of a scaredy-cat, so it probably took a while for her to come out when I was gone, but I was glad to have Sarah visiting her. She seems to have a good connection with and really care for animals.
Do not book with sierra. Her reviews state she is on time but that is false. She checks into your visit before she even arrives to your home. She also leaves before the allotted time is up. She was full of excuses as to why she needed to leave after only staying 7 minutes. Claiming she needed to put air in her tires and then she came back after being called out.
