“It’s obvious that Erin LOVES animals. She took such great care of my two babies while I was out of town for work with regular updates to me so I didn’t miss them so much. She was also very respectful of my living space. Couldn’t recommend her more!”

“Penny was absolutely wonderful with our Bailey boy. He absolutely adored her and has been looking for her since we got home! She was very communicative and cared for him as if he was one of her own. 100% recommend her for any of your needs. We are ready to plan our next vacation knowing we have Penny to care for him ❤️”

“Rachel was a communicative and attentive sitter and took excellent care of my fur baby! I highly recommend her and will certainly hire her again! ♥️”

“Biiftuu was an excellent dog sitter. She clearly took good care of my little Aussie poo. She sent good pictures and left the house in excellent shape. I would hire her again.”

“Gretchen is amazing! She took fantastic care of my dogs while I was on vacation! I have a high energy dog and a very senior dog —complete opposites, and she was wonderful with their individual needs. I came home to happy dogs and a clean house! I would highly recommend her!”
“Our dogs were well cared for while we were away. Gabe followed all instructions, gave their medications without issue, and sent a few photo updates along the way. We appreciated knowing they were in good hands.”

“Abigail was amazing! She was very responsive and sent daily updates and photos. The pups seemed very happy and well cared for. She also helped us extend the stay last minute due to bad weather! So thankful for her. 🙂”

“Taylor was amazing in her care for Lottie. She carefully listened to Lottie‘s needs, and then paid a lot of attention to the most helpful ways of watching and caring for her. Would definitely hire her again!”

“Chioma was great- my dog can be a little wary of new people but Chioma was very patient and sent a lot of nice photos during her stay and took him on nice walks (in the heat!). My cat is also not the most friendly but Chioma charmed him, too. Thank you!!”

“Jessica is a top notch Rover and chicken caretaker. She communicates daily with multiple pictures of your pet(s) and with comments on how it is going. She was very attentive to our dog's schedule so that they are loved and taken care of. She loves to go on long walks and also taking the dog out for 'sniff' walks. She stayed at our house and was very respectful of her surroundings. The house was clean and picked up. We had no worries and our dog, who can be anxious, seemed calm and happy upon our return!”

“My animals (2 dogs and a crabby cat) loved Carolyn. In fact she came over a few days after I returned and the were so excited to see her. They definitely got a lot of attention. She sent lots of pictures which I really appreciated and communicated everyday on how their day was going. I appreciated her taking good care of my fur babies.”

“Brandon did a great job with my big teenager rescue dog, who is super sweet but still working on some aspects of being on leash. I appreciated how communicative, clean, and non-invasive Brandon was in the whole process. I’m thankful that Rover connected us!”

“Olivia was great with dogs and responsive. I didn’t have time to leave extremely detailed instructions before our trip and she was flexible. When we were worried our flight would be delayed for our return she was understanding and willing to extend her time if needed.”

“Sergio was a fantastic dog sitter for our 2 pups! He was communicative, nice and left our house spotless! We were so thankful to have him over the Thanksgiving holiday. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a dog sitter to love on your pets. We would use his services again in a heartbeat.”

“Wonderful communication and took great care of our dog and cat. They loved her and we are so grateful to have been able to be away with all so well taken care of. Thank you!”
Lauderdale pet parents share their Rover experiences
Abigail was an ideal dog-sitter. She sent many cute photos of our two dogs as well as cute stories from their days. We could tell the dogs were relaxed and happy from Her photos! We got home to a clean house and washed sheets. I would definitely rebook her if she’s available next time!

Olivia is an angel to say the least. She watched my dog for a week for the first time and I have to say, I was quite nervous as I've never hired someone that I didn't know before. She was responsive, attentive and her communication was top notch. If you have any worries or hesitations, I would like to ease your mind. You will be in the best of hands for sure. I will be hiring her again for future needs.
Taylor was great. She was a great communicator and tried to keep things the same (as much as possible) so that my furry family didn’t go through too much change. I have one cat who is a little skittish at first and it takes awhile for her to warm up but Taylor was patient with her which was super. Overall she did a wonderful job.

Pardis did a wonderful job caring for my two small dogs. She sent daily updates & pictures. She cared for my boys through a blizzard & went the extra mile getting them outfitted in their winter wear. I look forward to booking Pardis again & again anytime I travel.

Sergio did a wonderful job with Milli and sent pics of her every day. We could tell that Milli really liked him from the time he did a meet and greet before we selected him for the job. Sergio left the house in very neat condition. Milli is an older dog in great shape and would not have done well in a boarding environment. Milli is very used to her daily walks through her neighborhood and Sergio made sure that Milli took him for those walks. We would wholeheartedly recommend Sergio to anyone who wants to have their beloved pet remain in their home in familiar surroundings when they are away for an extended time.

Mackenzie was wonderful. She kept us up to date with plenty of pictures while watching our senior dog Daisy for 10 days. House was in excellent shape when we got home and Daisy seemed relaxed and happy as normal. We will definitely reach out to Mackenzie again when needed for another short or long term sitter. Thank you Rover!
