About: Hi! My name is Allie and I've spent most of my life loving and caring for pets in multiple different environments over the years. I grew up with a bushel of miniature schnauzers, a few rodents and a snake. In college I took in a feral barn kitten and made her the talk of the university! After college, I spent 5-6 years working in a dog daycare facility which gave me experience with all different breeds and an immense amount of knowledge on behavior. After doggy daycare I moved on to working in a veterinary hospital which was an incredible resource and opportunity for me to increase me knowledge on medications as well as other medical knowledge. I have a 12 year old pup who is a calm, unbothered queen and a year old pup who loves everyone and everything. Joel provided an amazing drop-in service for us twice daily for 6 days for our 4 senior Dachshunds. He communicated with us each time he stopped by and sent pictures of the pups eating, getting some outdoor play time and settling down for naps until his next visit. They truly bonded with him because he gave them the kind of attention they crave—food, belly rubs and back scratches. One of the pups is blind and he helped her up and down the steps to walk in the grass. We could enjoy our trip knowing our pups were getting great care and attention while their needs were being met.
