“As Andrew’s mother, I have known him his whole life. From a very young age, he has been enamored with puppies and dogs. We always had and still have our own dog(s) and cats and I know Andrew really would love to have a dog of his own, but he knows his full-time job and living in an apartment is not conducive for giving a dog the best life right now. He gets his dog fixes whenever he sees one and stops to pet it if it is allowable. Our old neighbors had two dogs and one of them did not like most people, but especially guys.
