About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life! My husband and I both grew up with dogs, and we currently have two Lab mixes, ages 13 and 8. Caring for our senior dog has also given me firsthand experience with the extra patience, attention and slower pace older pups sometimes need. In total I have 10 years total of caring for animals in a few other capacities. I have experience with reactive dogs and giving animals their medicine. My family and I currently live with and care for a dog, cats, and an indoor rabbit. I went through the AKC good citizen training with our current dog, and use only positive behavior strategies. I love all animals, and love to house sit and pet sit for friends and family. I am an elementary special education teacher and currently have the time to pet and house sit for more families in order to make extra income for my kids’ college fund.
