Rylan is an exceptional pet sitter. We have two very skittish cats, one of whom is nearly feral, and she took gentle care not to spook them. She also handled unique litter box issues without batting an eye. She is intelligent, anticipates needs, and highly responsible. I wish I could give her ten stars in this app!
Rylan was able to successfully engage with our wary 13 year old cat Tully. She sent us several photos daily that affirmed their bonding. Tully welcomed us home with no anxiety after our four day's absence. We would definitely recommend Rylan for pet care!
Rylan was a lifesaver. She agreed to take care of my girls (11 month old kittens) very last minute so I could go on vacation. Her communication and daily updates were great, and she took very good care of my home and kitties while I was away.
