I’m typically available from the early morning through the evening, with the most flexibility during daytime hours. Because my schedule is adaptable, I’m able to work around each pet’s individual routine—whether that means an early-morning walk, a midday check-in, feeding, playtime, or evening care. I’m open to adjusting my availability when needed and working with owners to find a schedule that best fits their pets’ needs. My goal is to make pet care feel consistent, reliable, and stress-free for both you and your pet while you’re away. As a former law enforcement officer, safety, responsibility, and trust have always been at the heart of what I do. I understand how important it is to feel completely comfortable leaving both your pet and your home in someone else’s care—and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. When caring for your pet, I treat your home with the same respect and attention to detail I would expect in my own. I’m mindful of doors, gates, alarms, keys, access points, and anything else that helps keep your home secure while you’re away. I’m also attentive to your pet’s surroundings and routines to help prevent accidents, escapes, or anything that could put them at risk. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe, loved, and comfortable in my care. I take the time to understand their personality, routines, needs, and boundaries rather than treating every pet the same. Whether your dog is energetic and playful, needs extra patience, is shy around new people, or simply wants some companionship, I’m happy to meet them where they are. About: ✨️🐶 Please read my profile in full (including availability and pricing sections) before reaching out with a service request 🌈🌥🐈‍⬛ I have always loved and cared about the welfare of animals ever since I can remember, and even had several different pets of my own growing up that I cared for, including a couple of dogs (one of which lived to be 17 years old!). I have past experience with volunteering at organisations such as the SPCA (providing care for cats, dogs, and rabbits) and caring for cats at AniMall Cat Clinic. I have helped several close ones and neighbours thoroughout the years with pet care needs for their dogs and cats, which included: feeding, walking, providing transportation to veterinary appointments, bathing, basic grooming, and just spending quality time with the pets. Some of my specialised experience includes caring for pets with mobility issues, breeds that are reactive to other dogs (but still love the company of humans), breeds that are often subject to housing or insurance restrictions (some of which have included: Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Rottweiler mixes, Belgian Malinois, Huskies, Dobermans, Staffordshire Terriers, Malamutes, and American Bullies), and experience in administering medication to both dogs and cats in oral, injectable, and topical forms. 🐾 Please note I work M-F full time (excluding major holidays), and am currently unable to provide midday breaks when working due to the nature of my work. My standard for bookings that fall on weekdays is to provide care in mornings before work, evenings after work, and of course, stay overnight in the home (and be more present on weekends). I can best accommodate pets whose daytime care needs would be covered while I'm at work (such as through a doggy door or litter box, neighbour check ins, or if pets need less frequent bathroom breaks) . 🌟I am open to discussing alternatives as well such as taking your pet to doggy day care while I work. However, transportation will incur an extra fee in addition to the booking that varies depending on distance and time requirements. For walks and drop ins in particular, I would be a great choice for pet parents that need care in evenings, nights, and weekends. I focus on understanding each dog's individual temperament, communication style, and needs. I will listen to/observe your pet's body language and demeanour before approaching, and will always interact with them gently and kindly. On walks, I always use a leash or harness to keep the pet safe. Furthermore, I always strive to keep an eye out for any potential hazards to pets while they are in my care and will always act swiftly to remove said hazard so your pet will be out of harm's way. I do believe too that good pet care includes planning for the unexpected, so I like to establish emergency contacts, veterinary/animal hospital information, and contingency plans with every client before a stay (and preferably have these included in written directions too).

About: I work with all ages of dogs! i have cared for dogs all my life; to puppies that have just been born to old senior dogs that need extra love and attention. I work very hard to make sure your dog(s) have the proper care and proper affection needed ! i am the biggest animal lover, and have grew up with dogs all my life. I hope your animal will love me too :)! i always try to care for any pets near me! whenever i’m at a friends or family i will always tend to their pets needs wether it’s dinner time or play time! I always try to make time for pets. I do have another job but I’m trying to lean more towards rover for my love of animals! I usually take the dogs on walks whenever i can and whenever i see they need their energy out, I always feed them on time and have no issue needing to put dogs in crates if needed. About: I’ve had pets my whole life. Currently, I have two dogs (Great Pyrenees and pitbull) and two cats. I have experience giving medication (pill and liquid format), as well as giving insulin, and even subcutaneous IV fluids. Because my dogs are so big, you bet I’ll be able to walk your dog(s) no matter their size! I love going to dog parks or just chilling on the couch for some cuddles. I also have experience with spicier critters who just need a little time and space. No matter how big or small, how old or young, I’ll take the best care of your babies. I work from home with a flexible schedule so popping over for play/potty breaks or house sitting for you during the work week is no problem. I’m available 5pm onwards and on weekends for sitting or more extensive care. I am flexible with my availability. I am very good at following any instructions you have for your fur baby when I come to your house. Anything you need me to do I’ll do it. The best possible feeling is knowing your animals are in good, safe hands when you’re not available to take care of them yourself and I promise to deliver.

About: I have owned pets my entire life. I have had a wide range of different animals of different sizes. I have experience with reactive dogs and training them. I also help with my roommate who fosters dogs. I am a full-time law student, so school is my priority. I go to school in Minneapolis 5 days a week from 8 AM to 3 PM most days. After school, I typically reserve that time for studying, so I would love to be able to spend time with pets while I do that. About: I grew up with dogs - hunting dogs bred by small family business - and have always had dogs. We have resident dogs, we foster, and we board and do drop in visits. We just love these canines. Positive reinforcement, only. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule over the mid day, in particular, for drop ins. Overnight boarding pups just become part of everything we do, as a family and with our own dogs. We regularly foster so our dogs are very used to other dogs in the home. We have a large fenced yard, we live in the woods, and we have dog parks nearby, also, if your canine is a dog park kiddo.
