About: I have experience with all types of cats, dogs and small animals. I have had pets since I was a child and love them dearly. I work full time Monday- Friday but my job is flexible. I am able to walk your pet before or after work and on the weekends. If you have a small animals or cats, I can make daily drop ins or work woth you and your pets needs. I cannot watch your pets at my home because I live in an apartment. But I am willing to drop in at your home for walks or care. I can send updates and pictures of your pets and provide daily updates on how they are doing.

About: I have had dogs my whole life. I am very active so you can expect frequent walks. I have a 5 year old dog who is very friendly I have full availability for dog walking, I’m home house sitting, and drop in visits if you are away. I love all types of dogs. I am very friendly with all types and sized dogs. I always have treats at the ready and toys with me for a great time. I take long walks regularly and would love for your dog to come with me!

About: I have always loved being around dogs! I had a pup in my family for about 5 years when I was younger. Other than him I enjoy my family and friend’s dogs. I love taking them out for potty breaks and walks. I have house/dog sat multiple times for my family members. Treats are my love language and I never mind cleaning up accidents! I currently work full time but I get done with my days around noon. My schedule can be flexible if I get noticed ahead of time. I also travel for work. It’s not often but I will give a good heads up! Dogs will always be on a lease with me, unless trusted in a dog park. I take child and others safety seriously when it comes to public interactions.

About: I've spent nearly all of my life around animals. I grew up in a house with many pets which we all were expected to help take care of. As an adult, I've lived with a number of different cats as well as a young German Shepherd. While my current home does not include any dogs, I regularly take care of my mom's animals when she's away, including a kitten and a senior chocolate lab. I do not currently have a regular job, so I can easily fit visits into my schedule. I am hoping to find a part time job which would still leave me with a flexible schedule. I can come to your home to care for your pets. I have experience around dogs of all sizes and am able to follow specific instructions if needed. I enjoy playing with pets, but also am comfortable with the less "fun" aspects of care, like cleaning up after them.

About: I have had my own dogs for the past year or two and absolutely love spending time with dogs. I understand their needs and try my best to make sure each dog gets their own individual needs taken care of. I do this on the side and my schedule is variable. I love to get to know the owners and dogs together, while taking all the necessary precautions to stay safe right now. I am willing to give baths and clip nails if needed, as long as the dog cooperates. I love being able to keep the dog(s) active and engaged because I understand the need for engagement and exercise. I may not have any professional experience but I love everything dog and will work extra hard to make sure your dog is loved and cared for! I usually have mornings open so I can walk your dogs and get them up and moving in the beginning of the day! About: I’ve grown up with animals in the house and on the farm my entire life, from small dachshunds to chow chows to large hunting labs. We’ve had very rascal puppies, young high energy dogs, and very senior dogs on medications and needing special attention. I’ve house sat all sizes of dogs, from terriers and corgis to golden retrievers, as well as cats, both friendly and standoff-ish. Growing up with animals in the house, I know firsthand that pets aren’t pets, they are family, you love them dearly, when they get sick you clean up after them, and they make the world go round. I love pets that are very involved with everyday life (see my photos) of pets “helping” with homework, regular walks and play time, and bedtime snuggles, as well as pets that are in their own world and coexistence works best. I work full-time outside the house, M-F, so I’m mainly looking for weekends and overnights. I’m able to check-in on my lunch breaks when needed, and happy to do so. I grew up in the country and our dogs roamed free, while most animals that I’ve house sat have fenced in yards, so regular walks and active play is necessary. I’m used to animals both being left to roam the house or be crated during the day. I’m a pretty active person and my animals are active parts of my life, so if your pet enjoys people and is able-bodied, we’ll probably be going on lots of walks, finding nearby parks, eating meals together, and snuggling up to watch a movie. No one is allowed to meet your animal unless there is prior approval, especially no other animals unless yours is friendly and willing. I (unfortunately) have experience with animals getting sick, jumping a fence and going for a run, and unfriendly dogs coming close. I recognize these are all unwanted, however very possible, and having experience navigating and handling these often stressful situations, is needed to keep your animal safe and comfortable. I take every precaution to mitigate these risks, and have learned from my own animals and their mischievery.

About: I love dogs and recently had to say goodbye to my beloved Lab mix, Bear. I’m not ready to bring a new dog into the family yet, but I’m eager to get to know and care for your beloved furry family members! I grew up with a Dalmatian named Pal, a Heinz 57 called Skipper, and have loved many other dogs along the way, including Maddy, Blu, Mercedes, Birdie, and Moomin. I’m currently working part-time and eager to fill some time meeting, playing with, and caring for your beloved pets so you have peace of mind. I was raised by a single mom who showed me what steady, attentive care looks like, and I bring that same nurturing energy to every pet I look after. Whether your cat needs a quiet drop-in or your dog needs a good walk, I'll follow your routines closely, keep you updated, and make sure your pet feels safe and loved while you're away. I'm currently working part-time, so my schedule is very flexible! I am happy to work around your schedule and accommodate as best as I can! In my home, pets get a calm, pet-friendly space and plenty of attention. In your home, I stick as closely as possible to your pet's normal routine: the same feeding times, portions, walk schedule, and bedtime habits. I'll make sure food and water are fresh, litter boxes are scooped, any medications are given exactly as directed, and doors and windows are secured before I leave. For dogs, that means walks, potty breaks, and playtime; for cats, it means quiet company, play, and a close eye on appetite and litter habits, since those are often the first signs something's off. Either way, I'll send photos and updates after every visit so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing. If anything seems unusual, I'll contact you right away and won't hesitate to get vet care if it's needed.

About: I’ve been lucky enough to get to care for loads of different animals throughout my life; I rode horses as a kid, my mom and I kept dogs, birds, fish, guinea pigs, chinchillas and reptiles as beloved pets and now I get to parent two dog babies who are the loves of my life (Max, the 13 pound chihuahua mix and Sebby, a collie mix). When I was a student at the University of Iowa (sorry, Gophers!) I had an awesome gig occasionally house-sitting for a colleague with a chicken coop, 20 indoor/outdoor country cats and 2 dogs. It was the best! Seniors, babies, miniature, gigantic—all sizes, ages, and breeds and species are in my wheelhouse. Consider me a lover of all animals, period. In addition to general, overnight house-sitting, I would love to build some rapport and ongoing relationships with anyone looking for a regular or semi-regular dogwalker. My transportation is reliable, I love the outdoors, and I live in a very central part of Minneapolis. I actually left my unsatisfying regular day job to do what makes me happier, which massively includes spending more time with animals and being in nature. In my spare time, I’m working on building a small business around Minnesota native landscaping, pottery, and houseplants. I have an enormous collection of indoor houseplants, a floor-to-ceiling fig tree in my living room, and I keep vegetable and pollinator gardens. While you’re away, I would be happy to look after your plants while looking after your pets. I’m totally comfortable following your caretaking instructions so that your pet’s routine is preserved as best as possible while you’re away. Their comfort during your separation would be my priority. I’m flexible and coachable with what your situation requires.
