Hello and welcome to Paws of Love! I have been taking care of dogs ever since I can remember. My family used word of mouth to find people who would need someone to take care of their dog. While doing this, the dogs would stay at our house. This stopped shortly after we got our own dog though, and I have been missing the variety of dogs we would get ever since. Because we still have our adorable but territorial pup, Lily, I can't take care of dogs at our house. I have no problem with going to other people's houses to take care of the dogs there. I have done this before for Molly, the westie that used to be on the small milk bone dog box. I also have taken care of my sister's dog when she would have to work longer shifts or when her pup, Kirby, ended up getting a paw infection. I have worked outside of dogvacay bookings. I recently quit my job at the Great River Pet Center which is a grooming/boarding facility. We would board dogs and cats, do walk in baths/nail trims, and full grooms. It was fun and rewarding work. It also helped me get more time with a variety of dogs and cats. Each stay will include at least 3 walks and as much attention as your dog begs for. Other options that I offer are baths, additional walks, and care for elderly, disabled, or sick dogs. I also am able to do nail trims for any dogs that need it. I look forward to taking care of any and all dogs that come my way.
