About: I have cared for pets ever since I can remember. I grew up with Labrador retrievers and was always wondering how I could enrich their life next. My involvement in the 4h Dog project when I was younger and my continuing passion for animals lead me to peruse my bachelor's in Companion Animal sciences at UW- River Falls. Since, I have spent the last 5 years as a Pet Stylist in Woodbury. My 2 year old Miniature American Shepherd, Goose, and I have trained in obedience, agility, barn hunt and more. I love walking, so it's a bonus if your pup wants to come with! I am a graduate student at St. Thomas with a part-time tutoring job during the school year, so I have plenty of gaps in my schedule to care for your pet. This means that I can spend time during the day, night, and weekend with your pet, including returning home for potty or play breaks in between tutoring or classes, depending on the needs of your pet. I am also available to stay overnight with your pet, so long as they don't mind helping me with my homework! I am vigilant and aware while pet sitting, making sure I know where your pet is and never leaving any doors, gates, or windows open. For example, my friend lives in an apartment and has two kittens who like to escape into the hallway, so I also create a barrier when I open his front door to ensure they stay inside. His windows also don't have screens, so I make sure they are always shut and locked up tight. I love interacting with and talking with animals when they are around, so even if I am busy working on my own projects, I'll take frequent breaks to catch up with your pets and give them attention.

Kelsey was fantastic! Ollie and Lola loved her. She left the house in great shape and we had aproplem with a complaining neighbor (who always complains) that the dogs barked and Kelsey had too many dogs to walk so Kelsey spent the night!
