About: Hello! My name is Sara and I am a healthcare professional in the Twin Cities. Although I love what I do, my true passion is animals! Ever since I was young, l've always gravitated towards animals and had dreams of working with them. Life took me towards another path, but I still have a deep profoundness towards dogs, cats, etc. I have been fostering and volunteering through local animal rescues since 2022 and am proud to have fostered and adopted out 32 dogs and cats.... and counting! Animals bring me so much joy and adopting my dog last year was one of the best days of my life. Unfortunately, my hospice cat, Sassy, passed away last November after a lengthy battle with kidney disease. I will forever miss her and am grateful to have learned so much in regards to pet ownership through her and my dog, Hank. I am experienced in caring for senior animals, young puppies and kittens, bottle feeding, administering medications, behavior training, and so much more. All things dog and cat related here: @hankydane on IG I’m currently working from home full-time, so I will have plenty of time to cater towards and love on your pet! I am always available to take your dog on as many walks as needed and am home most of the time, so they will rarely ever be alone. I am very flexible with how you would like me to care for your furry friend while you are away. I like to treat all animals that come to my home as if they were my own, but I will always respect your requests as well. I will crate, if necessary, but do allow pets to roam around and be on furniture. I frequently foster other animals and dog sit for friends and family, so your pet would have some company if they enjoy being around other animals! Please let me know if your pet requires specialized care such as medication, training, behavioral support, etc. I have plenty of experience working with medication administration and reactivity in dogs.

About: I've taken care of dogs in some form or another my whole life. I grew up with a Rottweiler and a Lab, and had them until they passed when I was in high school. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, and stay overnight with their dogs for the past 15 ish years. I'm not currently set up to have dogs at my home, but often dog & house sit for friends and family. I took some time away from Rover as I was traveling and moving, but now that I'm settled in Minneapolis I'm ready to help and care for pups here! Please note, I'm allergic to cats, so I cannot house sit if there are any cats in the home. I have a very flexible schedule, as I'm a freelance social media manager. I'm available for walks or to let pups out for bathroom breaks throughout the day, up until about 8 pm on weekdays. I'm very respectful and clean when I go into someone's home and stay overnight. I'll leave any spaces I use cleaner than I found them, and will make sure to stick to any specific routines your pets have. If I'm only coming to grab your pup and walk, I'll check on their food & water as well.

About: My sisters and I started watching dogs and cats in our neighborhood when I was 10 years old! We continued watching all sorts of animals including chickens, snakes, hedgehogs, and bunnies until college. I am comfortable working with more reactive animals as well as administering medicine if needed! I currently have availability on weekends anytime and the afternoon/evening of week days to care for your pets! I work in Golden Valley and live downtown so those two areas work well for morning visits! I would care for pets at the clients home - animals are always most comfortable in their own environment all snuggled up with their favorite blankets and toys!

About: As an active volunteer at the Minneapolis Animal Care and Control Center, I have extensive experience working with cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes. Due to my volunteer experience, coupled with my years of experience caring for other pets outside of the shelter, I am extremely comfortable with nearly any cat or dog. I have done everything from training weeks-old puppies to caring for reactive dogs that are so afraid of humans that it takes hours to sit down next to them. Leaving your pets with a stranger is not something to take lightly. Caring for animals is truly my favorite thing in the world and I would be thrilled to provide a fun and comfortable environment for your furrriends any time! My weekly schedule is generally pretty consistent. I work in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, working from home Wednesday and Friday. I am typically home on weekends. While I am at the office during business hours M, T, Th, I am unavailable for pet care but have a relatively flexible schedule outside of those times. In a client's home, I am able to fully acclimate to their pet's living style. Whatever they are used to and comfortable with (crate training/not, bathroom habits, treats, etc.), I am ready to provide! I always want to ensure I provide a comforting experience for not just the client, but the pet as well. For boarding inquiries, I live in a one-bedroom apartment in the North Loop neighborhood. In the case of bringing pets into my home, I ensure bathroom breaks are taken frequently and leave lots of time for walks around the city and parks. Inside my home, there is plenty of room if an animal would like to be left alone, but it's also close enough quarters for them to be close to me if that makes them more comfortable. They are always welcome on my bed and couch to cuddle up with me.

About: I am lucky enough to have always had a family dog growing up, and have had in all their care. I hope to help you with keeping your pet company as they await your return! I have a full time 9-5 that allows me to work from home 3/days a week M, Th, Fri. Occasionally I also work a MNUFC game or event, usually a Saturday night, once or twice a month. I am free to care for your pet the days, evenings, and mornings I’m free! I am happy to drop in to care for your pet, or take them on their daily stroll, and open to house sitting as well!

About: Hi loving pet parents! My name is Brooke. I may be new to Rover, but I’m no stranger to pet care and I’m ready to become besties with your pup! I have cared for pets since I was 12-years-old, and I love all dogs, no matter the size, shape, or personality. I've grown up and cared for several breeds - from boxers, to cockapoos, to labs, to frenchies - and I am comfortable taking an energetic pup on a run, or I can be a couch-potato with a dog that loves to cuddle. It's my utmost goal to make your dog feel comfortable, loved, and relaxed while you're away! I work a hybrid-remote job with a flexible schedule. The longest I will be out of the house is 5 hours per day, and I am able to build my schedule around your dogs' needs! I am able to accommodate any routine your pup has, and I will give them all the love they need while you are away. I can easily crate them if needed, or stick to any feeding, exercise, and/or medication schedules you have in place.
