About: I have experience caring for my neighbor's, friend's, and family's cats for over 10 years, most notably being the go-to cat sitter for my childhood neighbor. I have always lived with cats, including my 2 year old cat, Bitsy! I always love being the one to brighten a cat's day when their human is away. About: I have more free time than I know what to do with and I know most people work odd hours or long days and could use puppy help. I also live close to dog parks and dog friendly neighborhoods and can keep dogs active if they need it. I’ve puppy sat for multiple folks days at a time and for those who just need someone to take the pups out during the day. I did have a rescue named Georgie who recently passed, and I miss him dearly. He brought so much joy to my life, and while I'm not ready to adopt again, I would love to help take care of dogs who need some extra TLC! I am a part-time student who can help walk, feed, pet, etc, in the mornings and evenings, as well as weekends. My time is open at the moment! I am more than happy to follow any and all directions, and have had my own dog in the past. My late dog Georgie was a senior rescue who had cataracts and diabetes, so I definitely understand the importance of following safety guidelines.

About: I am currently on the pre-veterinary track studying to work with animals as my career. Over my summers I work as an educator and animal handler at a farm. I also have completed an internship with the wildlife rehabilitation center and a mammal nursery intern. I am currently a full time university student but have plenty of availability and flexibility. I am open to moving my days’ schedule around to fit different pet needs! I ensure that there is a mutual respect and understanding between humans and pets. It is important to treat your pets as you would people, and show care and affection as they truly understand it.

About: I've lived with animals my entire life and have been taking care of my own since I was about 7 years old. I've had a few dogs in my family; a chihuahua, shar pei, golden retriever, pomeranian, dachshund, and a chow chow, with experience from puppies to seniors. Cats have also been a constant throughout my entire life, also from kittens to seniors. There hasn't been a moment I haven't had at least one cat in my home. I've had a few other kinds of smaller critters as well; guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and lizards. I'm well versed in pet body language and reading what they desire or need, and have lots of love to give your baby(ies)! They deserve the world. I absolutely adore all animals and spending time with them is my favorite activity. I have plenty of free time right now and can spend as much time as needed with your fur baby and make frequent check-ins or walks if desired! If your companion(s) is friendly to strangers, I will be sure to give them plenty of attention, play time, petting, and walks (if applicable) in addition to basic care and any other requests. If they're not comfortable with new people, I will respect their space and boundaries based on what they're telling me so they feel relaxed and safe. Every animal is different and I adapt to their personality and pace.

About: Hello! My name is Karson and I'm currently attending the University of Minnesota for my first Bachelor's Degree! I have experience working at Headwaters Animal Shelters for 2 years, 8 years of pet sitting, and 25 years pet loving and caring. I've always worked through word of mouth, but bills are piling up. So, I've expanded my audience to Rover. The worst you can expect from me is that your pet may like me ALMOST as much as you! I look forward to meeting your fuzzy friend(s)! I am currently completing my degree and therefore am only taking classes part time. I am free almost 24/7, spending only Monday and Wednesday at class from 11am-2pm, Tuesday 1:20pm-2:30pm, and Thursday 1:30pm-4:00pm. With all that free time your pet will be tired of me! Just as when you're out in the environment, it's important to leave no trace! When I am dog sitting in your home, you can expect to come back to a perfectly clean house. Your pet will be wagging their tail and happy to see you, but quick to take a nap due to all the exercise they've been getting. I am extremely careful when following any dietary or allergy restrictions. Additionally, due to my experience working at an animal shelter, I know how to administer most medicines, prevent any toxicity exposure, and care for any small wounds if needed. When caring for a pet in my home, you can expect them to receive far too much attention from me and both of my roommates. The benefit of having your pet in my home is that while I may be away only 11 hours a week at class, someone is almost always home. Your pet will never be left attended and will have it up to HERE with scratches behind their ear!
