About: I’m a college student who had the pleasure to work with the PAWS program at the University Of Minnesota which helps people meet animals safely. It helped me educate more people about how pets support mental health and wellbeing. My favorite thing in the world is hosting those angels in my residence. I’m currently taking classes mostly Monday and Wednesday morning but when i’m not in school i’m usually at home with the pups. I take a long walk every morning so i usually like to have a buddy to accompany me! I prefer to adjust to the owner’s style rather than doing my own way. I’ve learned that some pups can get overwhelmed with sudden changes to their environment and routine.

About: I’ve had dogs and cared for them since I was 5 years old. I’ve had experience with both puppies and older dogs, so I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all ages. I love spending time with dogs, especially taking them for walks, playing with them, and making sure they feel well cared for! I work every other weekend (Friday–Sunday) in the evenings at a hospital and have classes Monday through Wednesday afternoons. Outside of those commitments, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability to let dogs out, take them for walks, and give them the attention and care they need. I’m happy to work with each pet’s routine and make sure they get plenty of exercise and companionship! I treat every pet as if they were my own and follow each owner’s instructions to maintain their pet’s normal routine. When caring for pets or stopping by for walks and visits, I make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, fresh water, meals, and lots of affection. I prioritize keeping pets safe, comfortable, and happy while also providing updates and communication so owners can have peace of mind while they’re away.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and absolutely love caring for them! I currently have a Golden Retriever puppy of my own, so I’m very comfortable with puppies, potty training, walks, playtime, feeding routines, crates, and all of the energy that comes with younger dogs. I also have experience with adult dogs of different sizes and personalities. About: I grew up with a dog (an Australian Shepherd) and fostered puppies (aged 6 weeks to 6 months) all through high school. I worked as an assistant veterinarian technician for a summer in college and worked with cats and dogs of all sizes. I have also done long-term dog and cat sitting since the start of the pandemic and love hanging out with furry friends of all sizes. I work remotely at an environmental NGO and have a very flexible schedule with minimal scheduled calls! I can easily work from your place or stop by during the work day. I’m also very active, so would love to bring your furry friend on walks or runs with me if they’d like that. I’m around on weekends, too, and am happy to schedule my personal plans around the care schedule that works best for you and your pet. Every dog and cat is different, so I’m flexible to the routines and preferences you and they have! I enjoy walks and often take myself on walks during the day anyways. I would love to bring your pet along! In terms of home care, quality time - whether that be playing, walking, petting, brushing, or something else - makes me happy. I look forward to getting to know your pet and doing what’s best for them!

About: Outside of my own animals, i’ve taken care of animals in both a family friend setting and a professional setting! Here to make your furry friends comfortable! I’m currently a student at the University of Minnesota studying animal science! So pet visits/walks give me an excuse to take a study break, while also making time to do something i love! My schedule will stay updated in my profile! Making sure the animal is comfortable is my number one priority! Ensuring they keep up with their daily routine, whatever it may be, is important to me! And of course giving them lots of love!

About: Local resident of NE Minneapolis and owner of a 4 yr old Husky, I love dogs of all breeds and sizes! I provide daycare for your beloved furry friends at my house while I work remotely. My home has a fenced in backyard with a kiddy pool for them to run around in, a walking trail down the street, and a dog park nearby! I provide daily walks to the local park or trips to the dog park so they are well exercised and socialized while you are away. There is amble space for the dogs to play in the house (no crates are provided) with toys to plays with and treats! For overnight stays, you will get daily updates on how your dog is doing with photos. I work from home so I can let your pups outside into the backyard for potty breaks often, take them for a daily walk, and offer engaging treats/toys while I work. I’m done by 3pm most days so trips to the dog park are very common! Reliability, trust, and a calm environment are at the center of what I do. Your dog will be welcomed into a clean, secure, and loving home where they’ll be treated like family. I prioritize consistent communication with owners, close supervision, and plenty of affection so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away. My goal is to create a safe, stress-free space where your pup feels comfortable, happy, and cared for.

About: I have had dogs (golden retrievers) all my life, I have experience with puppies, seniors and everything in between. I love all kinds of dogs, especially active ones as I love to get outside and go for walks! I am a recent college graduate currently studying to be a certified public accountant with an incredibly flexible schedule! Studying is my full time job, so I am free to pause to go on walks and spend long periods of time with the pets whenever needed! I am very attentive to pets needs, making sure they are eating, drinking, and going outside as much as needed. I am very active and love going outside, so I am happy to get your pet as much exercise as they want!

About: We LOVE dogs and have a city sized house full of people that love giving them attention! We have 2 school age children but are home full time in the summer with a good sized fenced backyard and our own friendly pups, Oli and Lulu. We go back to our full-time jobs as educators on August 25, so our calendar reflects our school year availability (mostly weekends and some school breaks!) I (Kara) grew up always having a dog in the family, and as soon as I could, I acquired one of my own. I've learned that dogs need people, but people need dogs just as much. All this to say, we can't imagine a world without these furry little companions! With many attentive people in our household, your dog will never have needs unmet. Whether it be snuggles, toys, pets, walks, playtimes, food... be assured we can handle it! We can't wait to meet your dog! We both work in education, so our summers are very open & flexible and offer so many opportunities for dog walks, dog parks, pet cuddles, etc. Once the school year starts, our calendar reflects our weekend and school break availability! We have a fenced back yard and get on many outings with our own high energy dog. We do on long walks daily and often to the off leash dog park (if your dog is licensed in Minneapolis). We have a friendly cat that mostly keeps to herself around dogs, but she does not allow other cats in the home (so we are unable to board cats.)

I’m big on keeping routines consistent, whether that’s walks, feeding schedules, or bedtime habits, so your dog feels safe and at home. I’m comfortable working on basic training with puppies (leash manners, sit, stay, potty routines) and I’m very attentive with senior dogs, including giving meds, helping with mobility, and making sure they’re comfortable and relaxed. I pay close attention to body language and behavior, so I can adapt quickly if a dog is anxious, shy, or just needs more space. What really sets me apart is that I genuinely love spending time with dogs—not just caring for them, but bonding with them. I treat every dog like they’re my own, and I always aim to make their time with me calm, fun, and stress-free. I have a very flexible schedule during the week and am able to set my own hours, which allows me to easily plan my days around pet care. I’m primarily available Monday through Friday and can accommodate walks, drop-ins, and care throughout the day without rushing. I generally keep weekends minimal and prefer limited or pre-planned weekend care when scheduled in advance. This helps me stay consistent and make sure every pet still gets the attention and care they deserve. I currently provide care in my clients’ homes only. I find that pets are often most comfortable in their own space, surrounded by familiar smells, routines, and environments. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and household rules. I’m very careful with doors, leashes, and home security, and I always keep the environment clean and safe. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and comfort level and adjust my approach to meet their needs. I also respect my clients’ homes and make sure everything is left exactly as I found it. Clear communication is important to me, so I provide regular updates and check-ins to give pet parents peace of mind while they’re away.

About: Hello! I have been consistently house/dog sitting since 2023. I have experience in watching dogs from Chihuahuas to Great Danes. I previously have watched three dogs at a time, so if you have more than one dog that is no problem. I also have experience in providing dogs with medications needed throughout the day. This includes insulin shots and capsules/pills mixed into their food. While you are away I prefer to keep the dog in its original home rather than hosting your dog. I do require a meet & greet before services. This is for my safety alongside for you and your puppies comfortability with my presence. Beyond all else it’s important to me that your dog stays comfortable. I have cared for anxious, storm scared, epileptic, loud barkers, and jumpy puppies. It’s important to me that you communicate your animals behavior or traits so I can care to the best of my ability. Without a doubt I will accommodate to your dogs feeding requirements and potty breaks. Alongside that give them lots of cuddles, kisses, playtime, and walks. As for you… I will communicate how your puppy is doing, when I arrive, if any complications arise, and send photos! Your dog is in safe hands. I currently work at a coffee shop a few times a week! My hours usually range from 4-5 hours. So it’s never long enough to leave your puppy for long periods of time. I will always honor your puppies scheduled eating times and potty breaks throughout the day! Pets are so so important! As a caregiver, I want to relieve your stress and allow you to know that your pets are in safe hands! If you would be so kind to welcome me into your home, I can take care of them there. I would prefer to keep your animals where they feel most comfortable. A fenced in backyard is preferred, but taking them out on a walk is no hassle!
