About: Hi! I am a life long dog lover and former dog mom of a sweet, rambunctious German shepherd mix who unfortunately passed from cancer in 2025. I’m not quite ready to bring another dog home but I miss having a pup around, so I’m excited to offer love, walks, snuggles, and care to yours like they’re my own. More About My Experience: I have had years of practice in caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and sociability. In addition to raising my own dog, I have had an active role in raising and caring for 3 other dogs from puppyhood to adulthood. I am regularly entrusted by family, friends, and neighbors to feed, walk, play with, provide medication to, and stay overnights with their pets. I also have experience with dogs who have extra care needs such as medications, seizures, selective socialization, leash reactivity, and high prey drive. I am more than happy to learn the specifics of your dogs needs to give them the best care I can! I work remotely and typically have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide care as needed and in line with your dog’s regular routine throughout the day. A positive experience for both the dogs and the owners is of the utmost importance to me. I am happy to take pups on walks, to the dog park, or simply play with them at home! I’ll send picture/video updates regularly and will give your pup as much love as I can while also providing any specialized care that is needed.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid, frequently being asked to watch the neighbors pets. I love going for walks and am happy to go fast for energetic dogs, slow for seniors, or whatever pace the dog wants to go! I have my own 10 year old dog who I care for always. I currently work full time so I am available to walk dogs before or after regular working hours. I have my own dog so I understand the importance of getting walks in daily! I cannot take dogs into my home, but I am used to caring for a dog so I understand essentials of care that they need.

About: Hi! my name Juliana. As an experienced pet caretaker, I have the knowledge and skills that make me the perfect choice for taking care of your pet! I have taken care of both family and friend’s pets ( cats and dogs) and I understand the importance of providing attentive and loving care to make sure they are comfortable and happy. As a Dachshund owner myself, I know how important it is to follow routines and keep in mind specific needs. You can trust that I will provide your furry friend/child with the same level of care and attention that I give my own. Currently my schedule is limited because I don’t work from home, except for Fridays. Therefore, I’m available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for walks and drop ins. I can easy walk your dog and provide the exercise they need around the North Loop / Downtown Minneapolis area. For cat owners, I can provide visits to make sure food and litter are taken care of. Additionally, I volunteer at Minneapolis Animal Care & Control with both cats and dogs, which has helped me to understand behaviors and how to manage difficult situations.

About: I've lived with animals my entire life and have been taking care of my own since I was about 7 years old. I've had a few dogs in my family: a chihuahua, shar pei, golden retriever, pomeranian, dachshund, and a chow chow; with experience from puppies to seniors. Cats have also been a constant throughout my whole life, from kittens to seniors as well. There hasn't been a moment I haven't had at least one cat in my home. I've had a few other kinds of smaller critters too: guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and lizards. I'm well versed in pet body language and reading what they desire or need, and have lots of love to give your baby(ies)! They deserve the world. I absolutely adore all animals and spending time with them is my favorite activity. Rover is my full-time job, so I can spend as much time as needed with your fur baby and make frequent check-ins or walks if desired! If your companion(s) is friendly to strangers, I will be sure to give them plenty of attention, play time, petting, and walks (if applicable) in addition to basic care and any other requests. If they're not comfortable with new people, I will respect their space and boundaries based on what they're telling me so they feel relaxed and safe. Every animal is different and I adapt to their personality and pace.

About: I’ve taken care of cats my whole life, from kittens to seniors, and since I was 12 I’ve watched my friends and neighbors dogs as well. I’ve given both cats and dogs medication as well as bottle fed them if they were too young for solid food. I have an incredibly flexible hybrid work schedule! Whatever you or your pets needs, I will be able to meet them without any work conflicts. You know your pet better than anyone. Whatever instructions you give me to keep them safe, happy, and healthy, I promise to follow exactly. About: I have two dogs and a cat. My dogs are 55-60 pounds each. I also have experience pet sitting and house sitting for several close friends. I’m currently not working a FT or PT job. My goal is to do rover solely, so I’m available every day for most of the day. I am very attentive and operations minded which means I’m punctual and organized. I’m also extremely empathetic and loving. I would treat your pets like I treat my own - with respect, divinity, and love. Play times are my favorite so your pets will have plenty of fun time with me. If you’re open to having my dog Marley in your home I can bring him for play dates.

About: I have CPR training, years of caretaking and medication administration experience, and a lifetime of loving on pets of all ages and sizes. Informal pet sitting has also been a part of my routine for many years. I have lots of free time this summer, and have many pockets of availability throughout the school year beginning in September, so I am happy to set up longer term relationships. I have a completely fenced yard, one friendly cat at home, and only a few steps for older dogs to handle. I am happy to follow any crazy routine you and your pet have!

About: I am a veterinary student at the University of Minnesota. I have ample experience in pet sitting as well as in a clinic setting. I can provide basic pet care needs (walking, feeding, etc) to more experienced care (administering medications, caring for anxious pets, senior care, etc). I am currently a student and work part-time, so I am available to care for your pet in the morning, between classes or after work. I live on the second floor of an apartment in a residential neighborhood. I have a second bedroom with lots of space for your pet.

About: We LOVE dogs and have a city sized house full of people that love giving them attention! We have 2 school age children but are home full time in the summer with a good sized fenced backyard and our own friendly pups, Oli and Lulu. I (Kara) grew up always having a dog in the family, and as soon as I could, I acquired one of my own. I've learned that dogs need people, but people need dogs just as much. All this to say, we can't imagine a world without these furry little companions! With many attentive people in our household, your dog will never have needs unmet. Whether it be snuggles, toys, pets, walks, playtimes, food... be assured we can handle it! We can't wait to meet your dog! We both work in education, so our summers are very open & flexible and offer so many opportunities for dog walks, dog parks, pet cuddles, etc. We have a fenced back yard and get on many outings with our own high energy dog. We do on long walks daily and often to the off leash dog park (if your dog is licensed in Minneapolis). We have a friendly cat that mostly keeps to herself around dogs, but she does not allow other cats in the home (so we are unable to board cats.)

About: I’m a college student who had the pleasure to work with the PAWS program at the University Of Minnesota which helps people meet animals safely. It helped me educate more people about how pets support mental health and wellbeing. My favorite thing in the world is hosting those angels in my residence. I’m currently taking summer classes but when im not in school i’m usually pretty free. I walk everyday in the morning so i usually like to have a buddy to accompany me! I prefer to adjust to the owner’s style rather than doing my own way. I’ve learned that cats and dogs especially can get pretty uncomfortable with sudden changes to their routines and schedules.

About: Hi friends! My name is Robin, I’m 29, and I’m an artist living in northeast Minneapolis currently working in the service industry. While I don’t have any pets of my own, I am my community’s right-hand-gal when it comes to pet care. I also spend my free time often reading and consuming content about dog training and working with reactive pups. It is important to me that my presence is known by the animals in my life to be calm and joyful and consistent. I’ve got lots of attention to give and lots of patience - looking to overflow back into the families around me through helping care and tend to their pets. I am most familiar with having small dogs be a part of my family but have built my pet experience recipe to the brim with dogs of all sizes and ages as well as playful & shy cats and kittens. Don’t let the “gap in my resume” fool you - I’ve been servicing families in my area consistently (they just text me the old fashioned way ;)). I am currently in-between jobs so I have more open availability than normal. I currently have a standing commitment Wed-Friday 1pm-3pm, but that is my only limitation at this time. I am located in NE Minneapolis. I like to simulate what a normal day might look like for them while adapting to their particular needs surrounding getting to know a new friend (me!). I pride myself in being able to match the energy of animals and display to them that my job is to make sure they’re safe and I do not need to be in their physical space when they don’t want it. I love cuddling up with a lil silly sleepy pal but I won’t even be putting my hands on them regularly until/unless it is absolutely clear that they’re ready and wanting attention from me like that.

I’ve spent 15 years learning what dogs actually want (hint: it’s all of the above), and a lifetime growing up with dogs and cats of every personality. Energetic or chill, young or old, I’ve got them covered. My daily and weekly routine revolves around pet care. My dog is my first thought when I wake up and the last thing I worry about before bed. I have an abundance of parks near my home that I can take your fur baby to for both exercise and play. I love a good adventure.
