Hello, my name is Rachel. I enjoy outdoor activities, especially in the summer time! I have been involved in dog training as a volunteer, working with training dogs to be service companions for veterans and kids with autism. I am easy going and very reliable. People trust me to watch their kids for a living, so you can also trust me with your fur "children". I have a 13 year old mixed breed dog named Mike. He’s about 40 pounds, medium sized. He has a calm demeanor and gets along great with other dogs. I've also had foster dogs in my home in the past, and always enjoyed the experience. Please let me know if I can assist you with any pet needs, even short notice.

Rachel is a great dog sitter who was very flexible with our quirky pup. She was very easy to work with and Suki enjoyed her stay there and got along well with her dog.
Rachel came in fully capable to address some stress and anxiety in my senior pup's moving to a new apartment. She offered suggestions and tried some different approaches before and after walking him, which was just what he needed. I'd recommend her to help you for dog walking, for sure! I appreciated the feedback and pix she sent.
Rachel was so flexible when our planned sitter cancelled last minute, our dog spent 5 days at her place. Our dog was loving his time there, and we received plenty of updates- you could tell that she takes the time to understand and adapt care for our dog. We could not recommend Rachel more, and are already planning to use her in the future- genuinely a great experience!
Rachel was amazing! Our very shy cat loved her and we will definitely book her again in the future!

Schedule
I am a teacher— off in the summer, so I have plenty of time to give right now ! I make time for pet sitting in the summer because I enjoy it :)

I want the dogs to feel as at home as possible so I try to keep their similar routine and ask a lot of questions of the owner to fully understand what their pet needs !

I enjoy going on walks in parks with dogs. I also enjoy finding ways to get their energy out i side when the weather doesn’t cooperate. Learning new tricks or searching for treats are favorites !
