About: 🐾 I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember, and I started dog sitting for friends, family, and neighbors when I was 10. When I got my own dog at 14, I fell in love with training and taught her over 20 tricks through patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships with both pets and owners, and I’ve been lucky to receive referrals from people who trust me with their dogs. I love making sure dogs are not just cared for, but genuinely happy and engaged. Whether that’s walks, playtime, enrichment games, training practice, or just giving them lots of attention and affection, I always try to match each dog’s personality and energy level. I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, and I always want them to feel safe, loved, and relaxed while you’re away. I’m a college student currently on summer break, so I have plenty of time throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and giving pets lots of attention. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so pet care is something I truly look forward to every day. I’m also studying Animal Science, which has made me even more passionate about animal care and behavior. I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I pay close attention to routines, behavior, and comfort levels, and I’ll treat your pets and home with the same care and respect I would my own.

About: I grew up with dogs and love spending time with them. I’m excited to give your dog a safe space and play with them! I don’t currently have a pet of my own so I love dog sitting. Flexible during each day of the week and flexible during work hours as well. Please give notice when scheduling or canceling a time with me. I live in an apartment with a lot of green space and parks around. Plenty of dog friendly walking. I’m comfortable adjusting to your homes environment as well to ensure the dogs needs are met.

About: I have taken care of my family dogs since I was 7, including dogs with unique medical needs and histories of trauma and abuse. I also have experience with cats and rabbits. I am a teacher on summer vacation so my days are completely flexible! I will adjust my day around the needs of your pet to provide the best care possible. I am used to caring for reactive dogs so I am experienced with crates, leashes, muzzles, and other safety equipment. Your dog will be well cared for!

About: I am a very loving person who has ALWAYS adored animals. My first very pets were two kittens named Tiger and Amy - who were brother and sister - and ended up having a litter together. I also had a dog named Sunshine who was a very energetic golden retriever. I took her on walks around our neighborhood and to the park for fetch and frisby. Most recently my parents got a puppy named flowers who is now almost 2 years old. I fed him, watched him when my parents were gone, took him for walks and did some training with him. Animals get a nice feeling around me and warm up to me fairly quickly. I am open to all dog types. Much love.

About: I've lived with animals my entire life and have been taking care of my own since I was about 7 years old. I've had a few dogs in my family: a chihuahua, shar pei, golden retriever, pomeranian, dachshund, and a chow chow; with experience from puppies to seniors. Cats have also been a constant throughout my whole life, from kittens to seniors as well. There hasn't been a moment I haven't had at least one cat in my home. I've had a few other kinds of smaller critters too: guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and lizards. I'm well versed in pet body language and reading what they desire or need, and have lots of love to give your baby(ies)! They deserve the world. I absolutely adore all animals and spending time with them is my favorite activity. Rover is my full-time job, so I can spend as much time as needed with your fur baby and make frequent check-ins or walks if desired! If your companion(s) is friendly to strangers, I will be sure to give them plenty of attention, play time, petting, and walks (if applicable) in addition to basic care and any other requests. If they're not comfortable with new people, I will respect their space and boundaries based on what they're telling me so they feel relaxed and safe. Every animal is different and I adapt to their personality and pace.

About: I've had 22 years of experience living with and loving black labs in south Minneapolis. I can accommodate dogs of any age. I love to be outdoors and enjoy walking. My work week is full; however, I am fully available on the weekends to dote on your pup. I am a teacher. From mid-August to mid-June my weeks are full. My weekends are open. I'm available over holidays. I am also available throughout the summer. I have a small home with a fenced-in yard and a park within blocks. About: I’m an Animal Science graduate and I train service dogs with Can Do Canines, so I have a lot of experience working with dogs in different environments and understanding their behavior and needs. I’ve worked with puppies, high-energy dogs, and older pets who need a little extra patience and care. I’m very attentive to body language and routines, and I always try to make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I also grew up with dogs and have hands-on experience raising and training my own family pets—including a feisty dachshund puppy who I helped train into a gentle, well-behaved dog, along with two other dogs with strong obedience and great temperaments. My background means I naturally reinforce good habits, use positive reinforcement, and keep things consistent with what your pet already knows. I truly love spending time with animals, and I treat every pet like they’re my own—whether that’s going on walks, playing, or just giving them some extra attention and cuddles. After graduating from UMN, I’ll be working part-time at the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Roseville (around 20 hours per week). My schedule varies slightly week to week, but this also gives me a lot of flexibility for pet care. Outside of my shifts, I have a wide availability and love filling my time caring for pets. I’m happy to work with your schedule and can often accommodate mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended stays. I currently provide care in clients’ homes, where pets are most comfortable in their own environment and routine. About: I've been around dogs for most of my life and had my own dog for 9 years, which gave me firsthand experience with daily care, exercise, and companionship. In addition, I've pet sat on two separate occasions for over two weeks at a time, caring for dogs by taking them on multiple walks each day, administering medication when needed, and making sure they received plenty of attention and affection. I'm very active and enjoy going on walks and runs, so I'm happy to provide dogs with the exercise and outdoor time they need.
