About: I’ve been around animals my whole life: dogs, cats, hamsters, snakes, fish, turtles, you name it. I also work from home so your pet can get steady company and attention during the day, not just a quick in-and-out visit. Happy to water your plants during drop-ins too, so everything’s thriving when you get back. Friends, family, and neighbors have relied on me for years to feed, check in on, and snuggle their pets when they’re away, and I take that trust seriously. When a friend’s cat needed an emergency vet visit while they were overseas, I was there to handle it and keep them updated every step of the way. I also take direction well so if you’re working on training with your dog, I’ll follow your routine closely to keep things consistent while you’re away. I’m currently working from home so I am flexible with daytime walks and visits! I’m available for walks and drop-in visits, usually between 11am and 6pm I treat others space with the same respect I’d want mine to be treated with: I’m careful with entry access and making sure doors and gates are secure before I leave. I always double check food, water, and litter areas. If anything comes up, I stay calm, act quickly, and keep you informed the whole time.

About: While I do not have a dog of my own, I love caring for and playing with my friend’s dogs and love learning their unique personalities. I am full time pet sitter while I focus of a career change. I am reliable, trustworthy, and care deeply about your pets wellbeing. I communicate clearly and promptly and want to give you the peace of mind that your animals are being cared for well. I have a fenced in back yard and a cat. I do not have access to a crate so if that is necessary, it would need to be provided.

About: I've had 22 years of experience living with and loving black labs in south Minneapolis. I can accommodate dogs of any age. I love to be outdoors and enjoy walking. My work week is full; however, I am fully available on the weekends to dote on your pup. I am a teacher. From mid-August to mid-June my weeks are full. My weekends are open. I'm available over holidays. I am also available throughout the summer. I have a small home with a fenced-in yard and a park within blocks. For the past twelve years, I had a dog, and we walked every day. I greatly miss my companion and would love to shower your dog with lots of love and care.

About: Hi I’ve had dogs of all sizes and medical conditions for my entire life. We are able to manage medications and special needs with great care. I have also been a volunteer at a pet rescue and do home checks to ensure safety for new owners. I am a nurse and I work full time with only ends up being 2-3 days a week so most of the time I am home with our toddler. We recently lost our old lady dog so our house is fully accommodating and accessible dogs of all sizes and mobility. We live in a townhouse so we do not have a lot of yard space but we have community areas and a great walking path and route for walks! We also have a toddler so our house is baby proofed and we monitor heavily for anything that may be a safety issue, this directly translates for our four-legged company!

About: I’ve had dogs and cared for them since I was 5 years old. I’ve had experience with both puppies and older dogs, so I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all ages. I love spending time with dogs, especially taking them for walks, playing with them, and making sure they feel well cared for! I work every other weekend (Friday–Sunday) in the evenings at a hospital and have classes Monday through Wednesday afternoons. Outside of those commitments, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability to let dogs out, take them for walks, and give them the attention and care they need. I’m happy to work with each pet’s routine and make sure they get plenty of exercise and companionship! I treat every pet as if they were my own and follow each owner’s instructions to maintain their pet’s normal routine. When caring for pets or stopping by for walks and visits, I make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, fresh water, meals, and lots of affection. I prioritize keeping pets safe, comfortable, and happy while also providing updates and communication so owners can have peace of mind while they’re away.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and absolutely love caring for them! I currently have a Golden Retriever puppy of my own, so I’m very comfortable with puppies, potty training, walks, playtime, feeding routines, crates, and all of the energy that comes with younger dogs. I also have experience with adult dogs of different sizes and personalities. I know how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pet, and I’ll always treat your dog with the same patience, attention, and love that I give my own. I work Thursday-Sunday afternoons or evenings as a server. Here is a rough overview of my class schedule: Mondays: done by 10:30 Tuesdays: done by 12:00 and class again from 4-5:15 Wednesday: done by 10:30, class again from 6-9pm Thursday: class from 10-12:45 Friday: done by 10:30 Right now I live in an apartment, so id be able to stay at your house. I’m very used to staying overnight at other people houses

About: I cared for a friends dog for 4 years, treating it like my own family member. I have also watched plenty of dogs from other friends as well as a coworkers dog. I’ve had them at my house, given walks, and gone to their house to give care. Whatever is needed, I am your resource of love and compassion for your animal. During the week I work at a nature center, however my schedule is flexible. I’m able to move my hours around so that I can be around to help your pet when need be. I can help stay with your dog in your place if need be, or they can be in my apartment where I can walk them through the neighborhoods or take them to the nearby park. I would keep them away from other dogs if needed. Whatever is needed for your loved one, I am here for you.

About: I've been caring for neighborhood pets since I was 13, and now I’ve been all over the Minneapolis area! My family rescue dog and elderly cat are my babies, they make me the best temporary pet parent I can be for you. I lost one of my elderly cats rather suddenly this fall, so I can say I definitely understand the anxiety of being away from your pets especially those with health issues or behavior quirks. I do what I do because of her, and as a Minneapolis transplant away from my animals, I am more than happy to spend time with yours! I work part-time, though my hours fall in the 9-5 window. However, there is flexibility for me to work remotely for part or sometimes full days with advance notice, depending on the project. I can usually accommodate whatever exercise your pet needs! I am also a dancer, so if your dog has acute health issues or requires constant supervision, we may not be the best fit, as training does require me to be out of the house in the evening. No 4-hour rehearsals right now, but I do take class most days of the week. I'll do my best to stick to a comfortable, consistent routine for your pet and make sure they get all the proper attention and love they need while you are gone. I'm happy to accommodate any medication or feeding requirements.
