About: We’re a family of two grown ups, two kids, and two dogs. We’ve done pet sitting on and off over the years and are excited to host more friends at our house. A typical day for us is a parent working from home, the dogs going in and out to the yard and three walks a day. Our younger dog loves the dog park so we go frequently and our kids are very good with dog etiquette. Hopefully we make some new puppy friends that are ready to play all day! I work from home and we have three walks a day, including a lunch walk. The house is quiet during the day and in the afternoons we head for a family walk or dog park visit. The day ends with a night time walk. Our backyard is fenced and our front porch door has a high latch to prevent dogs from slipping away. Our two dogs are not crate trained but we have experience in crating dogs if needed.
2. Maddy N.
“Maddy has just started walking my large 110 pound German Shepard for me, and she has been great! She’s been very reliable and flexible with her hours. She always sends updates and pictures. I recently adopted Duke and still getting to know him. She had no hesitations with taking him for walks, and has been very patient with his current less then stellar leash walking skills.”
3. Andrew H.
“I sent Andrew a distress text about my hyper pup and he came to take her off my hands asap. Homegirl came home exhausteddd. He saved my sanity that day. Bonus: she had lots of fun & he takes pictures throughout the walk! Thanks Andrew ?”
4. Chelea C.
“Chelea has been walking my dog daily for the past few weeks. She has been amazing and goes above and beyond. Would gladly recommend her services to anyone”
5. Emilie A.
“We are so grateful for Emilie. She is caring and detail oriented—the ideal person to look after our senior dog. Having her help has been a big relief when we need someone to stop in and take care of Lela.”
6. Brian D.
“I would certainly book Brian again! He was reliable, capable, communicative and friendly. I really enjoyed knowing he was looking after my pup.”
7. Jessica F.
“Jessica was fantastic with my dog, Todd. He is sensitive and a little finicky sometimes. She was extremely patient and understanding when he was nervous. Great experience at all. Will be booking again.”
8. Aichon Y.
“Aichon was great! She really understands dogs. Our dog was nervous during her first visit and she handled it really well, taking things slowly and building trust with him. He warmed up to her and everything went smoothly the rest of the week! Aichon was also very responsive and great with communication, sending updates and photos every day.”
9. Summer S.
“Summer was timely, kind and responsible with our dog Piper’s walk! She sent picture updates and Piper was very happy and relaxed when we came home. We’ve already asked her to come back again!”
10. Ryan F.
“Ryan is clearly comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, including my little muscle man! He also took lots of pics & was on time & communicative. My dog came back happy & worn out, he would love to walk with him again.”
11. Seth F.
“Seth was so good with my Great Dane who can be a handful for new people she doesn't know. Also worked around my crazy hours (I work in healthcare). He also sent messages and pictures to let me know how the day went. I will definitely let Seth watch Nala again!”
12. CJ (Crystal Jo) G.
“Lily seemed to have a great time on her walk with CJ. CJ showed up on time and asked great questions to make sure Lily was safe and happy during their time together. We got lots of pictures and Lily seemed nicely tired after.”
13. Amy L.
“Amy is fantastic! She definitely knows dogs and is comfortable, capable, and trustworthy. She has been walking our Pearl for a few weeks now and it has worked out great. Pearl needs a lot of exercise and Amy takes her out on long walks with her dog, Luna, and they have lots of adventures, like seeing ducks, smelling good spring smells, and playing together. I feel so much better during the day knowing that Pearl will get a long walk and some social time!”
14. Larissa B.
“Larissa is absolutely wonderful. Our dog Paco, who tends to be wary around new people, grew to love her immediately, and with good reason. Larissa is so responsible, warm, friendly and kind, and she instinctively "gets" animals. She radiates positive energy and I am SO glad we found her. Five stars across the board!”
15. Gillian M.
“Gillian was available to help me out sort of last minute and was so responsive and kind. I can tell from the walk summary and pictures that my dogs were well taken care of and had a good time getting a walk in.”
16. Konnor T.
“Konnor has helped with our pets for years (5+). Over those years we have had several pets, requiring little to lots of attention. From Chihuahuas to Huskies to birds, and cats. Konnor is patient and loving. Our pets are like family and Konnor is great with them, from feeding, walking, playtime, and walks.”
17. Samantha S.
“Sam was precisely on time and was very personable upon first meeting her. She seemed very sweet with my dog and appears to enjoy the work of spending time with them, being out in the fresh air and getting the steps in. :) Looking forward to a good ongoing relationship as I'll be working in-office for the first time in a few years and want to make sure Margot gets her exercise and stimulation during the week.”

About: I said goodbye to my dog Tipper after 15 wonderful years in 2018. As a dog parent, I understand the difficulty of finding reliable dog care that provides a safe, comfortable and loving environment for vacations or overnight stays. I will provide a home-like environment for your little one that kennels and other boarding cannot. In addition I only take one dog at a time to ensure your dog gets all of the attention they deserve. I will consider up to two dogs from the same family as long as they are smaller breed. My neighborhood in south Minneapolis provides many outdoor spaces for exploring and discovery. Long walks provide plenty of opportunities to meet other pets in the neighborhood exercising both muscles and social skills that promote restful sleep. I will give your fur baby plenty of affection, lots of love and companionship while you need to be apart. As a full time receptionist with 30 plus years of experience, reliability and responsibility are my strengths. I have previous experience dog/house sitting for fellow coworkers and neighbors. I miss the unconditional love our pets give us and would love to help you. Important: I do work outside the home Monday through Friday so your dog will need to be ok alone when I'm at work for a full workday. I can give them two or more walks in the morning and plenty of walks after work and even more on the weekend. I also have a private fenced in backyard for games of fetch or just to be off leash. I can give plenty of walks and lots of play time and cuddles. I will do my best to make your pup feel right at home even though they are away from their own home. I have a fenced in backyard and have experience with dogs that are nervous when they are away from their owners.
19. Sam M.

20. Tatiana L.
