About: I’m an Animal Science graduate and I train service dogs with Can Do Canines, so I have a lot of experience working with dogs in different environments and understanding their behavior and needs. I’ve worked with puppies, high-energy dogs, and older pets who need a little extra patience and care. I’m very attentive to body language and routines, and I always try to make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I also grew up with dogs and have hands-on experience raising and training my own family pets—including a feisty dachshund puppy who I helped train into a gentle, well-behaved dog, along with two other dogs with strong obedience and great temperaments. My background means I naturally reinforce good habits, use positive reinforcement, and keep things consistent with what your pet already knows. I truly love spending time with animals, and I treat every pet like they’re my own—whether that’s going on walks, playing, or just giving them some extra attention and cuddles. After graduating from UMN, I’ll be working part-time at the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Roseville (around 20 hours per week). My schedule varies slightly week to week, but this also gives me a lot of flexibility for pet care. Outside of my shifts, I have a wide availability and love filling my time caring for pets. I’m happy to work with your schedule and can often accommodate mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended stays. I currently provide care in clients’ homes, where pets are most comfortable in their own environment and routine. I always take the time to learn your pet’s schedule, preferences, and any specific instructions so I can keep things as consistent and stress-free as possible. Safety is my top priority. I’m very attentive to surroundings on walks and in the home, and always monitor pets closely. With my background training service dogs, I’m confident handling a variety of behaviors and situations calmly and responsibly. I also have experience administering medications, including oral, topical, and injectable medications, and I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions when needed. I respect your home as if it were my own, keeping things clean, secure, and exactly how you left them. I’m happy to send regular updates, photos, and communicate as much as you’d like so you can feel at ease while you’re away.

About: I have had a dog (yellow lab) since I was in sixth grade, and I have taken care of coworker’s pets on occasion. I now have a rescue pitbull I love dearly. I can walk and play and sit with your pet to make sure they feel loved and have fun. I am currently out of school for the summer and I have a very flexible schedule, and I would love to come hang out with your pets! I like to hang out with animals and make them feel comfortable; I have a nice large fenced in backyard, and I have a car that I can take your pet in, if they like going in the car. I am used to giving a dog two walks a day, in the morning and evening.

About: I’ve taken care of cats my whole life, from kittens to seniors, and since I was 12 I’ve watched my friends and neighbors dogs as well. I’ve given both cats and dogs medication as well as bottle fed them if they were too young for solid food. I have an incredibly flexible hybrid work schedule! Whatever you or your pets needs, I will be able to meet them without any work conflicts. You know your pet better than anyone. Whatever instructions you give me to keep them safe, happy, and healthy, I promise to follow exactly. I love animals and my schedule is very flexible, so whenever your needs are, I will do my absolute best to meet them!

About: Hi! my name Juliana. As an experienced pet caretaker, I have the knowledge and skills that make me the perfect choice for taking care of your pet! I have taken care of both family and friend’s pets ( cats and dogs) and I understand the importance of providing attentive and loving care to make sure they are comfortable and happy. As a Dachshund owner myself, I know how important it is to follow routines and keep in mind specific needs. Currently my schedule is limited because I don’t work from home, except for Fridays. Therefore, I’m available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for walks and drop ins. I can easy walk your dog and provide the exercise they need around the North Loop / Downtown Minneapolis area. For cat owners, I can provide visits to make sure food and litter are taken care of. Additionally, I volunteer at Minneapolis Animal Care & Control with both cats and dogs, which has helped me to understand behaviors and how to manage difficult situations.

About: Hi! I am a life long dog lover and former dog mom of a sweet, rambunctious German shepherd mix who unfortunately passed from cancer in 2025. I’m not quite ready to bring another dog home but I miss having a pup around, so I’m excited to offer love, walks, snuggles, and care to yours like they’re my own. More About My Experience: I have had years of practice in caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and sociability. In addition to raising my own dog, I have had an active role in raising and caring for 3 other dogs from puppyhood to adulthood. I am regularly entrusted by family, friends, and neighbors to feed, walk, play with, provide medication to, and stay overnights with their pets. I also have experience with dogs who have extra care needs such as medications, seizures, selective socialization, leash reactivity, and high prey drive. I am more than happy to learn the specifics of your dogs needs to give them the best care I can! I work remotely and typically have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide care as needed and in line with your dog’s regular routine throughout the day. A positive experience for both the dogs and the owners is of the utmost importance to me. I am happy to take pups on walks, to the dog park, or simply play with them at home! I’ll send picture/video updates regularly and will give your pup as much love as I can while also providing any specialized care that is needed.

About: I've been caring for neighborhood pets since I was 13, and now I’ve been all over the Minneapolis area! My family rescue dog and elderly cat are my babies, they make me the best temporary pet parent I can be for you. I lost one of my elderly cats rather suddenly this fall, so I can say I definitely understand the anxiety of being away from your pets especially those with health issues or behavior quirks. I do what I do because of her, and as a Minneapolis transplant away from my animals, I am more than happy to spend time with yours! I work part-time, though my hours fall in the 9-5 window. However, there is flexibility for me to work remotely for part or sometimes full days with advance notice, depending on the project. I can usually accommodate whatever exercise your pet needs! I am also a dancer, so if your dog has acute health issues or requires constant supervision, we may not be the best fit, as training does require me to be out of the house in the evening. No 4-hour rehearsals right now, but I do take class most days of the week. I'll do my best to stick to a comfortable, consistent routine for your pet and make sure they get all the proper attention and love they need while you are gone. I'm happy to accommodate any medication or feeding requirements.

About: While I do not have a dog of my own, I love caring for and playing with my friend’s dogs and love learning their unique personalities. I’m currently unemployed and have an abundance of time on my hands to go for walks or play or stop in for a potty break. I have a fenced in back yard and two cats. I do not have access to a crate so if that is necessary, it would need to be provided.

About: I've lived with animals my entire life and have been taking care of my own since I was about 7 years old. I've had a few dogs in my family: a chihuahua, shar pei, golden retriever, pomeranian, dachshund, and a chow chow; with experience from puppies to seniors. Cats have also been a constant throughout my whole life, from kittens to seniors as well. There hasn't been a moment I haven't had at least one cat in my home. I've had a few other kinds of smaller critters too: guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and lizards. I'm well versed in pet body language and reading what they desire or need, and have lots of love to give your baby(ies)! They deserve the world. I absolutely adore all animals and spending time with them is my favorite activity. Rover is my full-time job, so I can spend as much time as needed with your fur baby and make frequent check-ins or walks if desired! If your companion(s) is friendly to strangers, I will be sure to give them plenty of attention, play time, petting, and walks (if applicable) in addition to basic care and any other requests. If they're not comfortable with new people, I will respect their space and boundaries based on what they're telling me so they feel relaxed and safe. Every animal is different and I adapt to their personality and pace.

About: I've loved and taken care of animals since I was about 3 years old. I always asked to be the one to feed the dog before dinner! I have 2 cats, who are my world. I have a lot of experience with dogs, and have a chihuahua named RiotGrrl. I love dogs. My family has always had dogs, and i once lived in a home where I helped care for 6 dogs, a cat and a rat. I have 26 years of pet care and sitting experience. I'm able to do overnight sitting in your home, walks and baths! Meal times too, of course. I would love to make your pup or cat my new fuzzy best friend! I'm currently free full time for pet care! Im available from 6am-8am and again from 1pm to 12am all weekdays and weekends. I'm available for walking and pet sitting for holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas etc). I do same day booking for walks, but require one day notice for stay in sittings. I prefer to watch animals in their own home, so they are the comfiest they can be. My apartment doesnt allow me to board unfortunately. I will completely stick to your pets normal daily schedule while they are in my care.

About: I am a big animal lover. I am also a very patient person. I have a small old dog. I have some experience with cats as well. I'm currently a student with mostly online classes. I would love another furry friend to spend time with and keep me company while I work. I have a fenced-in yard fit for a small dog. My dog is a 10-year-old Yorkshire Terrier. I also have a nice window perch that cats might like.

About: Hi! My name is Murwat, and I’m a student at the University of Minnesota with years of experience caring for and working with dogs of all personalities and backgrounds. For several years, I volunteered at an animal shelter where I spent time walking, running with, and socializing dogs who came from many different situations. Some were energetic puppies, some were shy or anxious, and others had experienced difficult environments before arriving at the shelter. This taught me how important patience, consistency, and understanding each dog as an individual truly are. During my time volunteering, other volunteers often noticed my ability to connect with dogs who needed extra patience. I especially enjoyed earning the trust of dogs who were nervous, overwhelmed, or full of energy. I learned how to give them space, recognize their comfort levels, and build a relationship at their pace. I’m also a longtime runner and love being active, so I’m happy to provide anything from relaxed walks to longer, energetic outings depending on your dog’s needs. Whether your dog loves adventure, needs a little encouragement, or just wants companionship, my goal is to make them feel safe, cared for, and understood while you’re away. I love spending time outdoors, going on walks, and fitting movement into my day, so pet care naturally fits into my lifestyle. I provide regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, enrichment activities, and companionship depending on each pet’s routine and energy level. I also make sure to respect the client’s home by keeping their space clean and secure.
