I am big on communication and enjoy sending updates, photos and videos while caring for fur babies. I work a very flexible job that allows me to be in and out of the house each day. Communication is paramount for me - prior to beginning services I will get to know you and your pet(s), and we will discuss your priorities and expectations to ensure a positive experience for your fur baby. At this time I am only offering services at clients’ homes. I have several references available for your peace of mind. I enjoy sending multiple detailed updates throughout the day, with pictures or videos as well! Comfortable administering medication and providing puppy, kitten, or senior pet care.

About: I absolutely love cats and dogs of all kinds. My passion for felines and pups comes from personal experience caring for my own pets and family and friends pets. I adopted my beloved kitty, Bella, when she was just a tiny kitten, and I lovingly cared for her for 17 years until her passing at the end of 2025. I miss her and the unique connection I share with cats, which is why I became a sitter—to bring that same level of care to other pet families. Through caring for Bella into her senior years, I became highly experienced in senior cat care. I understand that older kitties require a gentler touch, a calm environment, and extra patience. I am fully comfortable and experienced with administering oral and transdermal medications, ensuring your pet maintains their health routine seamlessly while you are away. I recently entered early retirement. This means I have a very flexible schedule, and can easily adapt to your pet's specific routine. I will provide them with plenty of dedicated attention, playtime, and love! I have a lot of flexibility and plenty of open time throughout the day. I can easily adapt my daily routine around your pet’s specific feeding times, medication windows, and need for company. During my visits, I focus on attentive care, safety, and just spending time together. I treat your home with total respect. I strictly follow instructions for feeding and prompt medication delivery. I spend the rest of the visit providing companionship, keeping the litter box clean, the water bowl refreshed, and giving gentle head scratches.

About: I am a flight attendant with a bachelor’s degree in Animal science! So connecting with people and pets are my niche! Fur babies are welcomed! I can pick up trips to give me the most flexibility with my work schedule. I can do pop-ins as well as overnights if needed! About: I've had 22 years of experience living with and loving black labs in south Minneapolis. I can accommodate dogs of any age. I love to be outdoors and enjoy walking. My work week is full; however, I am fully available on the weekends to dote on your pup. I am a teacher. From mid-August to mid-June my weeks are full. My weekends are open. I'm available over holidays. I am also available throughout the summer. I have a small home with a fenced-in yard and a park within blocks. For the past twelve years, I had a dog, and we walked every day. I greatly miss my companion and would love to shower your dog with lots of love and care.

About: I've taken care of dogs for my whole life, starting with the family dog when I was 4. When I was 22, I got my first dog. A basset hound name Charlie who gave me all the lessons in having a new puppy, and a vocal one at that. My most recent dog, a yorkshire terrier named Lucy, sadly passed 3 years ago at the age of 13 after battling heart and kidney problems. What sets me apart, is that I have experienced the life stages of a dog from puppy to old age, and have loved them fully in all of those stages. I've handled the training and high energy and teething stages, and eased them to the other side with the frequent appointments and medications. Having grown up and been around dogs my whole life, I feel they can sense my genuine love for all animals and I have gotten good at helping all dogs eventually feel at ease with me. Like I say to all people who have told me "they really like you", I have great dog vibes. (And am very responsible too). I am in the process of shifting careers and am wanting to take the time to decide where that will lead. I teach 2-3 crochet classes a month on Sundays but besides those times, I can be available any time as long as there is a little notice. For transparency, I will be looking for additional part time work while in this transitioning stage, but I will update my availability and coordinate with current clients with plenty of notice as I do not plan on stopping with Rover. Right now, I am in a place that does not allow animals, but I am happy to visit/stay at homes or take pets out for walks. A typical schedule when I had dogs, was to wake up and take them for a walk right away, then I would feed them and start my day. Additionally, I always made sure to get them out for an evening/nighttime walk. The amounts of time I take them out to the bathroom depends on the age of the dog and whether there are any issues with accidents in the home. As my dog got older, I had to take her out more frequently and make arrangements with others to help me. I I am in tune with dogs while I am with them. I will leave them alone if they are sleeping or are content, but I am frequently talking to them and connecting with them in different ways (pets, throwing toys, singing songs about them, etc..) so they don't feel ignored. After having 3 of my own dogs, I know how different dogs can be (even if they are all good boys and girls). Knowing a little bit about the dog's personality, fears, favorite treats/toys, health status, etc. helps me care for them better, make their environment safer, and keep them comfortable.

About: I grew up with big dogs (labs) and now own a 3-year old doberman. I frequently take care of friends pets. My parents and sister both have big dogs that I care for as well. I am comfortable with any age and size dog. I am a recently certified Physician Associate, but am taking time off this fall before starting a job in January and I want to spend it walking doggos around town. I'd love to have somewhat of a consistent schedule so I can get to know the pups (and they can get to know me!). I will be available for walks during the week days. I am happy to go for big walks, or short walks and play time in the yard. I am also happy to bring dogs to the airport dog park to play with other dogs (if appropriate). If friendly, I can introduce your dog to my young dog to play as well.

About: I have one large energetic Aussie. He taught me a lot about how to work with dogs that have aggressive tendencies. I also know how to groom pets and give them baths even the ones that don't like water. I trained him to do many tricks as a puppy and worked with obedience. I love high energy dogs that need long walks/ playtime or runs. I am taking a gap semester and am available full time. I plan on trying out new things and seeing new places. My schedule is flexible and am just trying to navigate a new place. I take care of pets by taking them out for multiple walks per day, making sure they have water and food. Playing with them and giving overall care.

About: My husband (Edgar) and I are lifelong pet owners (dogs, cats, a leopard gecko named Dottie etc.) with giving pets (young and old) safe, loving, and dependable care. We’re currently taking a break from having pets of our own. We miss the wagging tails, happy walks, and furry companionship, so we’d love the opportunity to care for and spoil your pets as if they were part of our family (getting all the love and attention!) We generally work from home Monday and Friday and my office is less than 10 minutes from home, so the days I work in office, I can swing home. We have a big yard to take your pet out, and we love to walk. Our jobs allow a lot of flexibility to stop home, if needed. We do not have a crate, but happy to crate.

About: Hi, I’m Jessie! The majority of my dog experience was in the last 12 years with my rescue, Diesel. He recently passed but he was my best bud and hiking partner. I adopted him at 8 months and had 12 wonderful years with him from a wild puppy pulling on the leash, through his senior years in his grippy socks. I’m here to do what makes sense for your pup whether that’s short walks, long walks, lots of sniffing time, or just relaxing together. I can accommodate favorite routes and I’m happy to walk in all weather unless severe. I will take care of your pet(s) like they’re my own, making sure they’re safe and happy. I need some dog friends in my life before I impulsively adopt too soon! So when your dog stays with me, we’ll have fun like they’re on a vacation of their own 😊 I was recently laid off so your dog won’t be left alone for long periods while boarding with me. They will have my full attention for playing and cuddling, and will get walks in the morning, afternoon and evening if they have the energy for them. I’m generally available for drop-in visits and walks morning-evening, 7 days a week. I’m also super flexible if you need daycare outside of typical daycare hours to go to an event or take a day trip. Just check my calendar for availability. For drop-in visits, I will always treat your home and your pet(s) with care and respect, follow your instructions exactly and take your property, privacy and security very seriously. For boarding and daycare, I’ll treat your dog as my own with great care and love. Their safety is my top priority. I’m very good about making sure things can’t be reached on counters, aware of the toxic foods, etc.. There is a tall fenced dog run on the property that we can use without other dogs as well if they need to get some zoomies out. Dog beds, blankets and toys are clean for each client. I have high quality treats and poop bags on hand. And a seatbelt for any car rides that works with your dog’s harness. I only board multiple dogs from the same home. An exception can be made if the dogs know each other, get along well, and I have permission from both pet parents.
