“Brian is fantastic with walking our dog! We have booked Brian multiple times, and never hesitate to do so. He is very accommodating to our dog's sometimes erratic schedule, due to rain and such.”

“Brooke was friendly, timely, and provided detailed updates about our dog. It’s obvious that she genuinely cares about your pet and loves dogs! This was the first time we used a dog walking service and Brooke was patient with my questions and fully calmed my nerves. I’m thrilled to have found Brooke and would fully trust her to watch my dog anytime!”

About: I've grown up with both cats and dogs (and hamsters, gerbils, fish, and parakeets too). My dad was a zoologist major in college and his love of animals definitely passed down to me. I love making sure pets are feeling safe, loved, and lets be honest, a bit spoiled (within reason of course). I currently work at an indoor dog park called Saint Bark. I get the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of dog breeds of all sizes. I love learning the behaviors of each dog and how they play with the other dogs and also people. I'm a freelance artist so I have plenty of day-time or evening flexibility to come in and check on your pets! I'm looking forward to connecting with you! Safety of your pets is my number one priority! I want to make sure that if you have any special instructions for your furry family members that I will be honoring them.
About: 🐾 **Hi there, fellow pet lovers!** 🐾 If I could have *all* the animals, I would, but since that’s not possible (yet!), I’m here to shower yours with love instead! Whether it’s hosting your furry friend, going on adventures together, or keeping them company for a cozy weekend, I’ll make sure your pet feels cared for, safe, and adored while you’re away. I bring a compassionate, caring, and professional touch to every pet I care for. When I’m not pet sitting, you’ll find me volunteering with Midwest Animal Rescue and Underdog Rescue, taking care of my family, or spending time with my own spoiled fur-babies at home 💖 Communication, community, and mutual trust are super important to me — I want you to feel as comfortable as your pet does! Let’s connect and make sure your furry family member has the best care possible while you’re away! I have plenty of time to take your dog for a walk or check on them, so please reach out and we’ll see what we can arrange. 🦮 I am available for in-home pet sitting, or yours can stay with me! I am a loving pet owner, and know how much they mean to us. I’ll make sure to take care of your babe as if they were my own; shower them with pets and treats, and take them for lots of walks!
“Nyree was amazing, and I’d highly recommend her! She came every morning for a week to let my fur baby out of her kennel, give her breakfast, and take her for a quick morning walk. Leia absolutely looked forward to her mornings with Nyree, and I’m so grateful for the kind, thoughtful care she provided.”

About: I have been a dog lover my entire life and have experience caring for several different breeds. I currently have an 8 year old Boston Terrier, Emma. She is mostly pretty lazy and chill, but she does enjoy playing with other dogs. Plus, I think it helps keep her young. I do have a fenced in yard, but when it isn't freezing I really enjoy taking the dogs to the dog park or along for outdoor activities. I live about two blocks from Lake Hiawatha and take my dog there several times a week. I also run several miles a week and would love to take your dog with me! In the future I would love to volunteer as a foster for a local animal rescue. I think that it would be such a rewarding experience! Hi! I'm Sally. I've had dogs my entire life and I've been fostering with Underdog Rescue since 2018. My life pretty much revolves around my dogs. I'm grateful to work from home. I have a fenced-in yard and two Boston Terriers. Dolly is 2 and my playful and energetic baby. Apollo is 11. He's chill and laid back. Both get along well with other dogs and are have plenty of experience welcoming new friends into our home. I work from home so potty breaks are frequent.
“Joanna was amazing and gave us so many updates on Chi-Chi while we were away. I was so happy she made time to meet us in advance and asked many questions to get to know Chi-Chi better. We came home to a very happy pup! 🐶 🐾 💕 Highly recommend 10/10”

About: Need someone that loves your dog like you do? I can help! :) I’ve been an animal lover my whole life! I bring a calm and understanding care to every fur friend I look after. I currently dog walk a sweet 5 year old Boxer-mix weekly, but I’m excited to add more animals to my schedule. I build a bond with the pets in my care and am always looking for ways to personalize my approach to best fit their needs! -I also volunteer weekly as an animal care assistant at the Animal Humane Society! I am working part-time so I have lots of time to spend with your pet! I am available on weekdays for walks & drop-ins! I would love to meet your fur friend🐾 Making sure your pet feels comfortable is my top priority! I take the health and safety of the pet in my care very seriously. Ensuring that they receive their regular feedings times, potty breaks, medications, walks, play-time etc.! Aside from usual clean-ups (accidents/messes), I also do my best to tidy up as I go.
“Darwin is incredibly reliable, and they work very well with our pup Sage. We have been able to rest easy during the work day (and check our pet camera less!), because we know Sage is in good hands with Darwin. They have even taken some time during our booking to reinforce training with Sage!”

“Jenna does a wonderful job with my greyhound Roo! She is attentive to her needs and reports concerns whenever she has them. She even has Roo trying to take me on her longer walking routes! I'm thrilled to have her support in caring for my sweet pup.”

About: Hello, my name is Rachel. I enjoy outdoor activities, especially in the summer time! I have been involved in dog training as a volunteer, working with training dogs to be service companions for veterans and kids with autism. I am easy going and very reliable. People trust me to watch their kids for a living, so you can also trust me with your fur "children". I have a 6 year old mixed breed dog named Mike. He’s about 40 pounds, medium sized. He has a calm demeanor and gets along great with other dogs. **I can arrange for him to stay with my partner if necessary** I've also had foster dogs in my home in the past, and always enjoyed the experience. Please let me know if I can assist you with any pet needs, even short notice. I am a teacher— off in the summer, so I have plenty of time to give right now ! I make time for pet sitting in the summer because I enjoy it :) I have a fenced yard and I stay in the yard when the dog(s) play. I am sure to pick up anything dogs may eat or chew on before i leave.
Northrup dog parents share their Rover experiences
Aichon is wonderful - remembers our dogs and their tics, communicates in a timely way, reliable and leaves us helpful notes about the walks if there’s anything she thinks we should be tracking. Highly recommend and will definitely be checking her calendar next time we have a need.

We love Danielle! She came by and did a meet and greet with the pups and asked questions to understand their personalities all before starting their weekly dog walks and drop in visits. She’s super great with communication and has the skills and knowledge to handle dogs of all sizes. Our 70-80 lbs Labradors love her and it has given us such a peace of mind knowing that they are in such good hands. I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for a communicative, caring, pet care experience.
