About: I’ve been around animals my whole life: dogs, cats, hamsters, snakes, fish, turtles, you name it. I also work from home so your pet can get steady company and attention during the day, not just a quick in-and-out visit. Happy to water your plants during drop-ins too, so everything’s thriving when you get back. Friends, family, and neighbors have relied on me for years to feed, check in on, and snuggle their pets when they’re away, and I take that trust seriously. When a friend’s cat needed an emergency vet visit while they were overseas, I was there to handle it and keep them updated every step of the way. I also take direction well so if you’re working on training with your dog, I’ll follow your routine closely to keep things consistent while you’re away. I’m currently working from home so I am flexible with daytime walks and visits! I’m available for walks and drop-in visits, usually between 11am and 6pm I treat others space with the same respect I’d want mine to be treated with: I’m careful with entry access and making sure doors and gates are secure before I leave. I always double check food, water, and litter areas. If anything comes up, I stay calm, act quickly, and keep you informed the whole time.

About: I've had 22 years of experience living with and loving black labs in south Minneapolis. I can accommodate dogs of any age. I love to be outdoors and enjoy walking. My work week is full; however, I am fully available on the weekends to dote on your pup. I am a teacher. From mid-August to mid-June my weeks are full. My weekends are open. I'm available over holidays. I am also available throughout the summer. I have a small home with a fenced-in yard and a park within blocks. For the past twelve years, I had a dog, and we walked every day. I greatly miss my companion and would love to shower your dog with lots of love and care.

About: Hi I’ve had dogs of all sizes and medical conditions for my entire life. We are able to manage medications and special needs with great care. I have also been a volunteer at a pet rescue and do home checks to ensure safety for new owners. I am a nurse and I work full time with only ends up being 2-3 days a week so most of the time I am home with our toddler. We recently lost our old lady dog so our house is fully accommodating and accessible dogs of all sizes and mobility. We live in a townhouse so we do not have a lot of yard space but we have community areas and a great walking path and route for walks! We also have a toddler so our house is baby proofed and we monitor heavily for anything that may be a safety issue, this directly translates for our four-legged company!

About: We have a double lot that is fenced in with lots of squirrels in the tree for your dog to keep track of. There is also a small but fun little dog that loves to play and run around. When your dog gets tired, there are ample laps available for hanging out indoors. Experienced dog sitters looking to help out the dogs who don’t want to be home alone all day, or help you get out for a trip. We both have very flexible work schedules, and boarding and daycare can include walks, yard hangs, and precise food schedules. Walks are already built into a daily routine. I have a fully fenced in yard that is tall enough to keep most dogs from jumping. Depending on the dogs needs, I am happy to limit outside time to walks or supervised yard play.

About: I cared for a friends dog for 4 years, treating it like my own family member. I have also watched plenty of dogs from other friends as well as a coworkers dog. I’ve had them at my house, given walks, and gone to their house to give care. Whatever is needed, I am your resource of love and compassion for your animal. During the week I work at a nature center, however my schedule is flexible. I’m able to move my hours around so that I can be around to help your pet when need be. I can help stay with your dog in your place if need be, or they can be in my apartment where I can walk them through the neighborhoods or take them to the nearby park. I would keep them away from other dogs if needed. Whatever is needed for your loved one, I am here for you.

About: I love dogs and have over ten years of experience as a dogsitter for families and friends in my neighborhood, although I just recently decided to join Rover. I frequently take care of pets large and small, including those with additional emotional and physical needs. I have two dogs, Chicken and April. Chicken is terrier/Chihuahua mix and a total lover, but came to me with reactivity that we’ve worked over the three years since I rescued him. April is a mini aussie who came to me with pretty profound trauma—she loves other dogs but can shut down around people. We’ve done a lot of work together and she’s grown much braver and feels so much safer, which is a joy to watch. I live in a condo with a wonderful fenced in backyard and other dog neighbors to play with! I also have a spare bedroom that can be used for nervous or anxious puppies that need more time and space to settle in. I worked for years as a preschool teacher, so am well-versed and confident running around with energetic and complex creatures :) I'm in graduate school and working part-time, but have a lot of day-time and evening hours available. There are some days where I'm completely open day-time and evenings. I have a fenced yard and live right by Powderhorn Park. I've got lots of friends nearby with dogs if yours likes playmates, as well as my own dog, Chicken, but also happy to give them extra attention and time alone if that's not their thing. I am super responsive to messages, love sending photos/videos when walking and sitting animals, and make sure to be super observant to ensure that the pets I care for feel safe, comfortable, and happy in their home or yours.

About: I've always been a pet lover. Did pet sitting as a pre-teen and teenager. I had a soul cat for 15 years and a soul dog for 13 years. I have 2 grand-pups who I often dog sit or just take for a day adventure. I've had guinea pigs, hampsters, fish, you name it. I pass you and your animal on the street don't be offended by me going straight to them first! Animals (all animals) seem to love me back too which I LOVE! I'm currently not working or occasionally working remote contract jobs so I have plenty of time to spend spoiling your furr baby! And spoil them I will!!!! I have a condo in Minneapolis near the Sculpture Garden and Loring park. I am on the first floor with a patio and yard so plenty of space to do their business or to take a great walk. My building is small and very pet friendly. I'm also comfortable traveling out to your home since I'm central to the area.
