“Charlie loves walking with Tracy. She has a calming and positive nature that helps with his high energy. He watches out the window for her. I really appreciate it, along with her flexibility with my schedule.”

“I'd definitely recommend Alex! He's been walking my dog Millie for about 2 months -- he's communicative and has been very flexible with his schedule. In particular, he's been extremely helpful at keeping an eye out when Millie has something health-related pop up that needs to be monitored, which gives me a ton of peace-of-mind!”

“Darwin is incredibly reliable, and they work very well with our pup Sage. We have been able to rest easy during the work day (and check our pet camera less!), because we know Sage is in good hands with Darwin. They have even taken some time during our booking to reinforce training with Sage!”

About: Hi there! My name is Lauren and I love all fur babies big and small! I have been an animal lover all my life and enjoy spending time with them as much as I can. Ever since I was a young teen, I have been an avid dog walker in my neighborhood, trying to make some extra cash but also getting to spend time with dogs as I did not have my own. Since then, I have been cat sitting for the last 5 years for my family and friends when they go out of town. In most recent years, I have been dog sitting for my coworkers on the weekends. Many of my coworkers have dogs and bring them to our pet friendly office. I have become quite popular with the dogs at the office as I love to take them out and play fetch in the grass space outside. I work Monday - Thursday until 4:30 pm but I am home by 5 pm. Fridays, I am available after 12 pm. I also have open availability on the weekends. I have 2 cats of my own who enjoy their own company, but I am very happy to pet sit in your own home if you are comfortable! I will guarantee that your pet is safe when outdoors whether that be on a leash or within the safety of a fenced yard.
About: I'm that friend who tells you "don't scold him, teach him with love and rewards what you want from him" how do I know it works? Because from my adolescence I began to be interested in my furry friends, I have done some research that has contributed a lot to me to relate to them in a better way. I hope to generate an extraordinary relationship with your furry friends. I am currently available from Friday (7:30pm approx) to Sunday (10:30pm Max). If you have something to do on a weekend and you don't know who to entrust your furry to, ¡I'm here! There is a patio near the house, where we can play and live with other furry friends. Likewise, I will look for patches near your house to play.
“Jenna does a wonderful job with my greyhound Roo! She is attentive to her needs and reports concerns whenever she has them. She even has Roo trying to take me on her longer walking routes! I'm thrilled to have her support in caring for my sweet pup.”

“Nyree was amazing, and I’d highly recommend her! She came every morning for a week to let my fur baby out of her kennel, give her breakfast, and take her for a quick morning walk. Leia absolutely looked forward to her mornings with Nyree, and I’m so grateful for the kind, thoughtful care she provided.”

“Molly truly treats your dogs like they’re her own. She fully embraces their personality, faults, quirks, and all. Anyone would be lucky to have their pets’ taken care of by Molly, they’re in GOOD hands!🤍”

About: I have been a dog lover my entire life and have experience caring for several different breeds. I currently have an 8 year old Boston Terrier, Emma. She is mostly pretty lazy and chill, but she does enjoy playing with other dogs. Plus, I think it helps keep her young. I do have a fenced in yard, but when it isn't freezing I really enjoy taking the dogs to the dog park or along for outdoor activities. I live about two blocks from Lake Hiawatha and take my dog there several times a week. I also run several miles a week and would love to take your dog with me! In the future I would love to volunteer as a foster for a local animal rescue. I think that it would be such a rewarding experience! Hi! I'm Sally. I've had dogs my entire life and I've been fostering with Underdog Rescue since 2018. My life pretty much revolves around my dogs. I'm grateful to work from home. I have a fenced-in yard and two Boston Terriers. Dolly is 2 and my playful and energetic baby. Apollo is 11. He's chill and laid back. Both get along well with other dogs and are have plenty of experience welcoming new friends into our home. I work from home so potty breaks are frequent.
“We are so grateful for Emilie. She is caring and detail oriented—the ideal person to look after our senior dog. Having her help has been a big relief when we need someone to stop in and take care of Lela.”

About: I've had 22 years of experience living with and loving black labs in south Minneapolis. I can accommodate dogs of any age. I love to be outdoors and enjoy walking. My work week is full; however, I am fully available on the weekends to dote on your pup. I am a teacher. From mid-August to mid-June my weeks are full. My weekends are open. I'm available over holidays. I am also available throughout the summer. I have a small home with a fenced-in yard and a park within blocks. For the past twelve years, I had a dog, and we walked every day. I greatly miss my companion and would love to shower your dog with lots of love and care.

“Sam was precisely on time and was very personable upon first meeting her. She seemed very sweet with my dog and appears to enjoy the work of spending time with them, being out in the fresh air and getting the steps in. :) Looking forward to a good ongoing relationship as I'll be working in-office for the first time in a few years and want to make sure Margot gets her exercise and stimulation during the week.”

“We love Danielle! She came by and did a meet and greet with the pups and asked questions to understand their personalities all before starting their weekly dog walks and drop in visits. She’s super great with communication and has the skills and knowledge to handle dogs of all sizes. Our 70-80 lbs Labradors love her and it has given us such a peace of mind knowing that they are in such good hands. I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for a communicative, caring, pet care experience.”

About: I’m a dental assisting/college student who has grown up with dogs my entire life, so cuddles and caring for them comes naturally! I’m reliable, patient, and attentive to each dog’s needs and personality. My goal is to keep your fur baby safe, comfortable, and happy at all times! I’m currently in dental assisting school as well as working part time. My schedule can very week to week but typically, my availability is listed below: Monday-Thursday: after 4pm Friday: after 2pm Saturday, Sunday: 8am-8pm I keep things simple and fun by giving dogs safe, happy walks that match their energy and routine. I pay attention to their needs, make sure they feel comfortable and secure, and always follow instructions. I’m reliable, respectful, and treat every dog like my little walking buddy!
“Sydney has walked our dog, Gus, a few times now and he can be a bit hard to manage. He’s very excitable, reactive, and loves to jump and lunge at things that catch his eye. Sydney has done a great job of managing (all 70lbs of) him and keeping him safe! He is SO excited when he sees her walking up to our door, which makes me trust her even more.”
Powderhorn Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
My dog adores Nick! She trusts him and has fun playing with him. She loves her walks with Nick, too. He's so good about picking up on her cues. He's also great about making sure my place is locked up when he leaves and that my lockbox is secure. I'm so happy our family can count on Nick!

Lauren is such a wonderful person! Very personable, great communication, and she took such great care of my dog Skylar. They went for an hour-long walk around my neighborhood. Skylar looked so happy and was perfectly tired from the exercise. Highly recommend Lauren and will definitely book again!

Mary walked my dogs for 3 days. She is reliable and although it wasn’t her job this time, she noticed and alerted us to an accident one of our dogs had inside. I really appreciated that, because it was our first clue that Lily had a bladder infection. We really appreciate the way Mary takes care of our dogs.

Brittney is a great help for my greyhound Roo! She takes nice long walks (when there's time and good weather), and she puts in extra effort to practice training commands. She is consistent, punctual, and communicates well about scheduling and any issues that come up during walks. I'm glad to have her supporting Roo!
