About: I have owned dogs my whole life and am a huge dog lover. I have been a service dog handler for 4 years. My service dog is Brutus, he is a 6 year old german shepherd. I have had him his entire life, I started training him when he was 4 months old. We started specialized service training when he was 1 years old. We worked with trainers together for 3 years and I have handler trained him for 2 years. I have helped my friends and family train their dogs for 3 years. I have experience administering medication to dogs. I am an active person and can handle dogs that pull or need long, high energy walks without an issue. I have owned and cared for many cats throughout my life. I do not work due to disability and have open availability, I am always happy to walk your dog on a repeat schedule. I am an active person and have provided my dog about 3-5 hours of physical and mental exercise daily his whole life. I can walk several dogs a day for as long as needed. ***I ONLY OFFER CAT BOARDING*** I can board up to two cats in my home for a maximum of 2 weeks. My dog is good with cats and has lived with them most of his life. I do not work due to disability so I will be home with your cat. My dog is friendly with dogs and comes with me on walks, so unfortunately I can’t take dogs that are not dog friendly. I carry waste bags, water and portable water bowls, treats, and training clickers on me during walks. I can do both high and low intensity walks and hikes. I will follow your cats care routine and schedule. I am home most of the day and can provide around the clock care and attention.

About: I've had 22 years of experience living with and loving black labs in south Minneapolis. I can accommodate dogs of any age. I love to be outdoors and enjoy walking. My work week is full; however, I am fully available on the weekends to dote on your pup. I am a teacher. From mid-August to mid-June my weeks are full. My weekends are open. I'm available over holidays. I am also available throughout the summer. I have a small home with a fenced-in yard and a park within blocks. About: I worked at a doggie daycare for 2 years, assisting with some light grooming, puppy playtime, individual walks, and medication administration. I've been petsitting on Rover for about 6 years. I work a hybrid office job (4 days at home, one day in Downtown Minneapolis), so I'm happy to stay in your home during the day. I always have evenings and weekends free for walks and in-house care. I am available to do light house cleaning, watering plants, getting mail, etc--whatever you need done while you are away from your home. *One thing to note is that I do not own a car, I maintain my driver's license but I am from a cyclist/transit loving household. My family has had dogs my entire life, from fostering a teeny Yorkie puppy to golden retrievers, a hound mix that loved to talk, and my mom's sweet senior german shepherd who still likes to swim every day. I do best with high energy dogs, but I enjoy a quiet stroll with an older pup too.
