She came to our house to meet us and our dogs before we agreed to work through Rover and was so thoughtful, energetic, and curious about how we wanted her to be with our dogs and treat our home. We made her a nine-page house and dog-sitting guide and she followed every instruction to a T. She clearly enjoyed interacting with our dogs and we could tell from her daily updates that they were getting all the love, attention, and exercise they deserved. We even had a contractor start work on a back patio revamp while we were gone and she rolled with the punches. No access to the back yard anymore? No problem for Sophia – she'll just shift into walking with the dogs more, even in the hot summer time. The real bonus is she is a really good human. She has a wonderful heart to go along with her depth of knowledge of and care for dogs.”
