“Shykala agreed to watch my dog at my home on short notice while I was away for the weekend. She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule in order to do a meet and greet with my dog, who is anxious around new people. While I was away, she sent multiple updates, photos, and maps showing the routes she walked with my dog. When I returned from my trip, my home was just as I had left it and shykala had taken the trouble to strip the bedsheets and take out the trash. I will definitely be asking her to watch my fur baby again!”

“Grace had a great stay with my critters, Billie (dog) and Bill Murray (cat)!!! It was my first time using Rover so I was a little nervous to entrust my pets with a stranger, but Grace spent an hour with us during the "Meet & Greet" and took the time to walk with us around the neighborhood. That really put me at ease! She notified me right away as things came up, and checked in each day with pictures and videos. My dog has a difficult time with other dogs and Grace was able to re-direct her to keep her safe. This time of year is always tough, too. My neighborhood was covered in a sheet of ice, followed by a blanket of snow a few days later. Grace braved the weather and kept the pets on their routine. When I got back, everything was clean and in it's place, and the neighbors only had nice things to say after meeting her! She followed instructions to a tee and the pets were as happy as could be with mom gone for a week. I've already booked her for my next trip :) Thanks, Grace!!!”

“This was our first time using rover or a dogsitter at all, and Rachel was great. Very communicative and flexible, and definitely knows how to handle dogs. Our dog is nervous having new people in our house (polices people out of fear), so she came over a couple times in advance to spend some time with him before we went away for three nights, and we walked through some strategies for working with him. When we came home today it was obvious that Rachel is now our dog's new best friend! So glad to have a dogsitter now, so we can finally make some plans that don't involve the dog! Will definitely book with Rachel again.”
