They sent me many updates and pictures which was great! In addition, they worked with us on the drop off and pick up times. “Betsy did a great job watching my shy, scarred mini dachshund Frankie. He was a rescue with no social skills and this was his first time being watched by someone else in over a year of having him. I felt that Betsy understood his limitations and was able to comfort him as much as she could. I really appreciated the daily updates and pictures of Frankie during my vacation. June was having some stomach issues that resulted in a more complicated food/medicine schedule while she was boarding and Antonio was very understanding and on top of it.
