Started as a favor to friends and family, and evolved into a pet hotel of sorts. We help “ferrents” in need as well as any human needing safe and loving accommodations for their fur babies. We provide the best level of care during their stay. My partner and I honor dedicated walks, play time, as many cuddles as desired, and will follow strict food and med schedules. We take the responsibility very seriously and treat all animals as we would our own.

Not only did Misty and Brian accept a last minute request, they made the whole weekend amazing. I didn't once worry about my little guy because I received many photos throughout the day, with messages as well about how he was doing. It was obvious he was having the time of his life and even though it was his first time away from home, he didn't seem to mind whatsoever. They took wonderful care of him and I look forward to the next time he goes to them, because there will be a next time!!! Misty was also the only one of the several pet sitters I messaged in my desperate attempt to get someone to watch him, that wanted a meet and greet first. That's how you know she cares, because she wanted to make sure MY pup was comfortable. They genuinely care about dogs, and it shows through every message, through every picture and through every sigh of relief you will breathe knowing your baby is okay in their hands.
Percy is always very excited when we arrive at Misty & Brian’s and obviously knows where he is and associates it with a good time. We are so happy we have you guys to care for our boy. We know he’s loved and cared for. Thank you both, and for being available last minute recently. We appreciate you guys.
We have a blind dog and Misty and Brian did a wonderful job taking care or her! We got lots of photos over the course of the weekend and felt they did a really good job asking question before hand. Communication was great and they were very easy to talk to. We felt very comfortable leaving our dog with them!
Misty and Brian took great care of our three dogs while we were on vacation. They kept us updated and sent us lots of photos and graciously managed one minor incident between two of our dogs. Both of them showed our dogs so much kindness and affection. 10/10 would recommend.

Schedule
I provide Rover services full-time. My partner has a flexible job and can fill any necessary gaps. He typically works 10-6 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

Safety, trust & environment
We do not have children or animals of our own. Our backyard is fenced for added protection, but we love to take fur babies on walks. We have a ferret-proofed home (although they passed last year) which means anything concerning for a small animal has been eliminated. Because we do not have pets of our own, time and attention will be dedicated to any pet in our care.
A typical day
We are very active with the animals who board with us and have flexible schedules. Morning, mid-day (several), and evening walks will be given without request. We have a fenced yard for playtime and for pups who aren’t comfortable going potty on walks. Pets will not be crated unless requested. We have in-home cameras for peace of mind as well. Dog park visits available upon request.
