This was my first time leaving Bird with someone outside of my family. Marcia and her family made the process easy. From a pre-visit so we could both check each other out, to daily updates and a LOT of patience, she was fantastic. The best endorsement I can give is I will use her again. My dog seemed happy, healthy and got lots of active attention. Overall 10/10.
Mari has cared for our two senior pups twice, and has been absolutely phenomenal. She is communicative, kind, sends lots of photos and videos, and is great with our pups' food and medicine routine. She also helped one of our pups through an acute health issue that cropped up while we were gone. Her place is clean and cozy, and although her unit has a steep flight of stairs outside, her yard is spacious and wonderful for our pups to sniff around. We are so grateful we found Mari, our pups love her, and we would recommend her to anyone!
Patrick was amazing with my dog, Ruth. From the very beginning, he was communicative and thoughtful about her, and I really appreciated how easy he made everything. He sent plenty of updates and photos, so I always knew Ruth was doing great. Ruth can be a little shy at first, but she warmed up quickly. His dog Ella is so sweet and gentle - the two of them got along great, and it was clear Ruth felt comfortable and happy in their home.
Addie is the best! She has taken care of my shy, older dog a couple of times and takes great care of him. She is easy to communicate with and shares lots of photos! I ended up getting sick on my trip and she was super flexible with me about extending the stay another day. I will definitely use her again!
We love using Brian to dog sit for us when we're out of town because we know we can feel so comfortable and confident that our dog is having an amazing time and so well cared for! Brian is a true professional, providing us with very detailed daily updates and photos that we look forward to so much. Our dog freaks out with excitement when he sees Brian because he loves him so much, and that is really all the "review" we need!
It was our first vacation without our dog and we couldn’t be more happy with Caitlin & Jake! They sent so many pictures and updates. Our dog had a blast with their dogs! We were worried he wouldn’t even want to come home! We will absolutely be booking with them again!
Tracey was a wonderful host for my bulldog. She sent me plenty of pictures and was calm and kind about my dog not getting along with her cat. We won't be able to send Bluto back as he was quite the bully to her cat, Dwayne. But we are so thankful for the care she provided to Bluto and all the snuggles she gave him while we were away.
