Timmothy responded promptly to messages, sent us lots of picture and video updates while we were away and clearly seemed to get to know our dog. “We have had a really great experience with Barbara! We left our dog Frankie with her during our 19 day stay in Arizona! We got daily updates on how she was doing and I really felt that she was in good hands! It was very easy and fast to communicate with Barbara as well, before the booking and during her stay. We always received quick replies so that was great. She was very flexible with pick up times since we arrived fairly late at night. So we have already booked our dogs next stay with her for another upcoming trip!”
