“Wow. What can I say. We were blown away by Emily’s kindness. She is the ultimate dog mom, sweet and caring. We took the longest trip we’ve ever taken away from our pup (miniature dachshund). Emily set up a meet and greet so our pup could meet her lovely dogs. Emily asked a ton of questions to get to know our dog. Which made me feel so much better. The meet & greet went great and meeting Emily put all my fears of leaving our pup aside. I knew our pup would be well loved and cared for and boy was she ever! Jaime was absolutely amazing with my pup Hawkie. She was very detailed oriented and kept me updated with how he was doing. I never worried for a second because I knew he was in good hands. He's scared of loud noises and she handled his anxiety episodes beautifully. I know that I could trust her again to watch Hawkie because he trusted her, which he doesn't trust a lot of people. Promise was wonderful with my dog while I was out on vacation! She sent frequent updates with pictures and videos! It was such a relief to leave my dog with someone who cared for her in a way where I didn’t worry about how she was doing! We will definitely be using her again in the future!
Howie was very caring and responsible in all aspects related to having our Tillie in his home while I was recovering from surgery. He sent photos and update notes daily letting me know how she was doing. Tillie's stay with Howie went from an expected two weeks to almost two months. In that extended time, he stepped up taking care of appointments, etc.
Jennifer and her son are truly wonderful. Leaving Rio can be tough for me, but they gave me complete peace of mind. He was so incredibly well taken care of and genuinely loved every single day I was away. It’s rare to find sitters who treat your best buddy like their own family. I cannot recommend Jennifer enough! I honestly feel a little relief in my heart now. If I need to leave Rio for a few days, I've got a family that can truly and lovingly take care of my best buddy in the whole world.
Z is so tired! He came straight home and snuggled in on the couch with me after a night away at Jesika's. She's got an amazing place with a nice, shady, grassy area right out front for taking pups out and she's close to plenty of trails. I'd be more than happy to use her Rover services again.
Sarah and her family were absolutely wonderful with our 5-month-old Goldendoodle, Chopper! We left him for an 11-day stay, which was a long time for a young puppy, but Sarah made us feel completely at ease. They have a bustling, lively home with kids and other pets, which turned out to be the perfect, fun vacation for Chopper. He is a high-energy puppy who loves to bounce and wander, and they managed his excitement beautifully. We came home to a happy, healthy, and well-cared-for pup.
