Calm, 24/7 boarding in a quiet North Minneapolis home — perfect for senior pets, anxious pups, or dogs that like a steady routine. I work from home full-time, so your dog always has care and attention around the clock. Please note: My mother smokes on the main floor, but I can provide a smoke-free room if needed to keep your dog completely away from it. I’m Justin, a reliable sitter with years of caregiver experience. My home is peaceful and set up for dogs to relax and feel safe. I have multiple rooms if dogs ever need to be separated, and multiple dog beds so everyone gets their own comfortable space. I provide three 30-minute walks a day on the trail next to my house — a few blocks away by the pond and golf course. It’s quiet, scenic, and a favorite with the dogs. Dog walking is usually a separate service, but I include it free with boarding. Dogs wear safety vests and leashes on every walk, and I’m always with them. I typically care for several dogs each month, so I’m experienced with all kinds of personalities. I have food and treats available if needed, along with bowls for food and water. Optional dog baths/showers are available for $20 per dog (owners can bring their own shampoo). I send photo updates every day or two so you can see how your dog’s doing and enjoying their stay. I’m home full-time, and I focus on keeping every dog safe, comfortable, and cared for at all times.

Justin takes great care of our two big dogs! One can have problems with other dogs and the other is very anxious. He always does a great job taking care of them while we are gone!
We were in the middle of moving/selling our home and had to book for a longer stay (4wks). Justin was the only one willing to help us! He was so great with communication and sending us pics of his walks with our lab. In the pics he looked so happy, it made us feel a little less guilty. He starting have a little ear irritation and Justin took great care of it with a solution we left for him. Him and his mom are such sweet people!
My pup Lucy was ambivalent about seeing me when I picked her up - probably because I am boring in comparison to Justin! He took her for walks in the woods and allowed her to be an adventure dog. Justin was very good about communicating with me and sending pictures. I would definitely rebook with him next time I need a pet sitter.
Justin was great to work with! Buddy looked like he had an awesome time in all his pictures. Justin was responsive and very flexible with pickup/drop off. During our meet and greet he was sure to talk through all the important questions about Buddy and the care he needed.

Pets in my care are treated like family. It’s just me and my mother in the home, and we live in a big, quiet house in a peaceful neighborhood near Theodore Parkway and the golf course. The environment is calm, low-stress, and perfect for helping pets feel safe, secure, and loved. I’m home 24/7 since I work from home, so your pet will always have care, attention, and a calm presence around. I’ve also worked as a PCA for three years, which adds to my experience with responsibility and care.
A typical day
A typical day with me includes plenty of attention, affection, and activity. I go on walks, give playtime inside or in the yard, and make sure each pet gets the care they’re used to—whether that’s cuddling, fetch, or just a calm nap nearby. I follow feeding and potty routines closely and send photo updates so you always know how your pet’s doing.
